Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations is pleased to present this charming lakefront home destined to make memories your family won't forget! The rules are simple: soak up the sun, sit by the fire, eat & drink plenty, go boating, nap often, and enjoy every sunset! If this sounds like a plan to you then you'd better book now before your dates slip away!

Inside are three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The primary suite is on the lower level of the home along with the kitchen and living room. It features a queen sized bed, private bath and custom shower. The second and third bedrooms are on the upper levels. The second bedroom serves as a queen suite as well with direct access to the shared full bath. The third bedroom is the bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds. Altogether, the home sleeps 6 adults comfortably and up to 10 occupants including children. This is a fantastic family retreat!

Outside on the Deck is where you'll enjoy spending time taking in the view - and watching the boats passing by in the cove... The cushioned outdoor furnishings vary from table seating to a comfortable sectional couch.

The Boat Dock features a covered seating area and also an open sun deck area with a 6-step swim ladder for safe and easy entry and exit to and from the Lake. Our guests thoroughly enjoy swimming and playing in the lake. Bring those water-toys and floats! ***The Homeowners boats and personal watercraft are off-limits and do occupy the boat slips, but our guests may tie off to one side of the boat dock. Please confirm the size and type of boat that you will be bringing along or renting during your stay for approval to do so.***

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

Parking:
The parking area out in front has space for up to 3 passenger vehicles. RV parking and Trailer parking space is not available at the house. Please inquire for recommendations.
