Our recently updated 3BR/3BA home offers a spacious retreat for your group of up to eight people. Located less than 5 miles from the lake, and just 10 minutes to legendary Heavenly Mountain Resort.
In the summer months, check out the Tallac Historic Site for majestic mountain views, great hiking, and a cultural museum, just a 15-minute drive away. Travel to the nearby Golden Bear Trail, which leads through the serene Sierra forest.
When you get home from an active day, park in the garage with space for two vehicles, then relax in your private hot tub on the back patio.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This home best sleeps four adults and four children (five adults max).
Get comfy in the upstairs master bedroom featuring a queen bed, TV, spacious closet, and large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
Upstairs, the bright second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed.
A full guest bathroom is available on each floor. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and the downstairs bathroom offers a glass walk-in shower.
Hardwood floors and brand-new plush couches (with seating for five) make the living room the perfect place for your group to get cozy around the gas fireplace and watch a movie together on the large flat-screen TV. Need a quiet space to check your email? Use the convenient office nook just off the kitchen.
Cook a meal together in the recently upgraded kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and spacious countertops; and once dinner is ready, head to the open dining room to enjoy. There is also a table with seating for four outdoors.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi and a laundry room with a washer/dyer are provided.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
