Located in gorgeous Ardsley Park, 6 minutes from the Historic District and the river, amenities include a charming neighborhood shopping center and two parks within a block. Tybee beaches are a lovely 25 minute drive away. Two major hospitals are within a mile.

Some years ago I made the best move of my life - to gorgeous, historic and mysterious Savannah Georgia. I landed in one of the lovliest neighborhoods, finding this flat quite by accident. Little did I know, but everything wonderful in this city is only minutes away, and the beach a short 25 minute drive from driveway to feet in the sand. My family lives on the west coast and ask that I move there; but although I adore them I am so happy right now that no move is planned; but I visit for extended periods of time which is why I am looking to rent my place while gone for three months. Here in Savannah I work remotely during the day, and in the evenings and weekends enjoy the amazing places and experiences this town offers. For example, this weekend I went to a great blues show out on Tybee, spent the night, and walked the beach at sunrise. Tonight am going to a comedy show and late dinner, with nightcap at one of the rooftop bars here on the river. During the week I walk this tree lined neighborhood of gracious large homes and adorable bungalows, or go to famous Forsyth Park or local Daffin Park (home of the Savannah Bananas) for a walk and dinner, or meet friends at local shops and resturants. Love to go see the Savannah Bananas ball games at their home stadium! I still love touring the Historic District and the riverboat lunch and dinner cruisesd taking trolley tours, discovering new things about the city every time. Skidaway State Park is near, and great for hikes through the low country marshlands and dense forest; trees all draped with Spanish moss-have taken outstanding photos out there. All to say this is a REALLY fun town and this is a great location to enjoy it all!
