¡Ingrese a su propiedad a través de una cerradura electrónica y olvide la molestia de llevar llaves! Su nuevo hogar lejos del hogar puede parecer pintoresco desde el exterior, pero al entrar, se sorprenderá. Los altos techos hacen que esta acogedora escapada se sienta grande y bien ventilada. Within 15 to 20 minutes walk to everything , if you have a dog there is a dog park basically a block away .

Great rental in a great neighborhood

This rental is in Savannah’s historic district with beautiful scenery and easy access to lots of restaurants, shops, nightlife. Also very close to the riverfront. So much to do and see in a smaller radius, which was great if you like to walk.

Awesome in Savannah

Everything was as advertised. Great location, we could walk to all attractions and a lot of restaurants. Easy parking. Good communication with host. Cottage is lovely and well maintained. Overall great stay in the historic district and beautiful Savannah.

Great Couples Getaway Spot

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend! It was a perfect, quiet little neighborhood. The house is adorable! Close enough to walk if you wanted or a really quick drive to restaurants, shops, nightlife, & history tours! We will definitely be back.

Loved it!

Definitely be back soon! Quaint little cottage with plenty of room. We walked everywhere and it was an easy twenty minute walk to River Street downtown. Property is as listed.

New Years Getaway

This is an exceptionally clean cozy home located close to food and entertainment. The home has everything you need to make the stay very comfortable. The proterty managers were very responsive. The home also has a wonderful collection of books. We definitely recommend this lovely property!

Anniversary trip

The cottage was adorable and we loved the location. I accidentally dropped the coffee carafe in the sink while cleaning it after breakfast and they had a brand new coffee maker at the cottage early that evening. They were very kind about the accident!!!!! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!!

Started out bumpy…

The overall stay was decent and the place met our needs. The only issue we had was when we arrived. There was a strong smell of natural gas in the residence. After a few minutes, we noticed one of the knobs on the gas stove was turned on. After turning it off, we immediately opened front and back doors and a window as well as the vent fan to air the place out. We ended up leaving for a couple hours with the fan on and a window open. The smell was improved by the time we got back, but had not completely dissipated. The neighbor across the street thought it had been a couple days since someone had stayed there, but wasn’t positive. I contacted the management company and was simply told that the cleaning person must have left the stove on and they were sorry. That was the extent of their response. I’m not exactly sure what else I was expecting, but it seemed somewhat dismissive for what could’ve been a major issue. Savanna otherwise was fabulous!

Nice stay with room for improvement

Cute cottage with some room for improvement Cleanliness: Overall clean, but could use more attention on general upkeep (sticky bug catchers were filled with bugs with no room to catch more, dirty filter alerts were on for the A/C, coffee maker and water filter), snack food was left on floor under couch from previous guestsWiFi: The provided guest network connection didn’t work our entire trip. Had to have a lot of back and forth with property management company, including a visit from a staff member to collect the router information (they didn't have this information on file/didn’t know where the router was located). They don’t offer refunds for WiFi not working even though it’s listed as an amenity and the issue appeared to be with the equipment (not Savannah’s infrastructure). Eventually they offered us the password to another network available on the property which worked. Backyard: The patio area is cute, but had pots filled with dirty standing water so there were way too many mosquitos to be able to hang out much. Check-in: We weren’t provided an access code like we were supposed to upon check-in, so we did need to call them when we arrived (luckily during business hours) to get the code.

Wish it could have been better

We’ve been visiting Savannah for the past 13 years and always look forward to our stays. Unfortunately, this particular property fell short of our expectations.On the positive side, the location was excellent—perfect for walking and with convenient access to free on-street parking. The home was also very spacious, and we truly appreciated the owner's flexibility in accommodating our dog.However, we did encounter several issues that affected our experience. Most notably, we had a persistent problem with cockroaches (palmetto bugs). Although property management said they would send someone to address it, no one ever came, leaving us to deal with the issue throughout our stay.Outdoor space is important to us, as we enjoy relaxing outside at the start and end of the day. Unfortunately, this area was so neglected that we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The loft bedroom also presented safety concerns—the dark brown steps, despite lighting, made it difficult to see clearly, and both of us missed the last step at some point.Additionally, the AC did not adequately cool the loft, the ceiling fan was nonfunctional, and we were grateful a box fan was provided. Some of the kitchen items were quite worn and could be easily and inexpensively replaced to enhance the overall experience.We’re sharing this feedback in the spirit of improvement. We love Savannah and want every visitor to enjoy their stay here. Small details truly do make a big difference.

Has Potential

The property is in a good location. Safe neighborhood and 5min drive from pretty much anywhere. However, the property was not cleaned very thoroughly. There was dust on all baseboards, in corners & door ways, and it could definitely be deep cleaned. There were ants in the bedroom, and tons of bugs stuck in the bug zappers that are plugged in throughout the house. We came in to a cockroach in the floor while there also. There was hair stuck to the shower wall the very first time we got in, and the jets in the tub did not work. It could have been really nice if a little more effort was put in to it. None of the problems were huge, but the little things matter and for the price, I was definitely hoping for a cleaner environment at least.

The location was walkable to so much of Savannah that we wanted to see. I really enjoyed being able to mosey around the historic district. It was a very easy walk for us to the Artillery bar for great cocktails, Urban Deli, Forsythe park, Sentient Bean, and E Shaver Booksellers. We also walked many other places including the Riverfront area but that is a little further.2. Lucky Savannah was very responsive to fix our wifi issues that we had upon arrival and even after the first solution failed, they still managed to have us up and going shortly after our arrival without much inconvenience to us. 3. The amenities were everything we needed for our stay. All of the appliances were in working order. The kitchen was stocked with supplies that covered our needs.4. The neighborhood was quiet.5. The a/c kept us comfortable through a very hot, humid week even in the upstairs loft area.Unfortunately, part of our attraction to this unit was the outdoor space. Sadly it is not maintained at all. Within seconds of stepping outside to look at it, we were bombarded by mosquitos. There were at least two stagnant pots of water that were breeding mosquitos and we were bitten several times before quickly escaping back indoors never to open the backdoor again. If the outdoor space had not been infested with mosquitos, it contains only one metal table and two tired looking chairs. It has a lot of potential but is unusable.The lighting over the kitchen table is a decorative blue light and in the evening I found the living room space and dining area to have too little light. I would have needed a portable lamp to read by if I wasn't reading on a kindle. The windows allow a lot of nice natural light during the day.

Very clean apart from a couple of dead cockroaches. Must remember it was built 150+ years ago. Plenty of space and kitchen was very well equipped. Washer and drier were a great plus. Courtyard was very cute too. We were fine with the upstairs bedroom, in fact found it enjoyable. However, we could not take our suitcases to the bedroom, too awkward and heavy, but didnt bother us. This location may not suit those with ambulatory issues. Location was fine, nice quiet street, and parking was not really an issue. Was a little difficult getting out of car and across to cottage, as the pathway next to road was lined with lots of tall grass and weeds, with only one small path location to walk to pavement. The main downtown area was certainly walkable, about 15 to 20 minutes. Loved Savannah, so much to see and experience. Great history. Great riverboat trip and loved the trolley tour. Hop on and off was a nice option. We would definitely revisit, and probably use the cottage again.

Historical and Cute

The only negative was the condition of the backyard. One of the reasons we chose this place was the private backyard, but it was virtually unusable. Although the hurricane had come thru 2 weeks prior, it was obvious nobody came to check on the property before our arrival. The yard had debris, to include full branches, and the table was filthy. Minus that issue, this was a great place to stay.
