A-Frame Oasis, gated and sits on three-quarters of an acre with breathtaking Santa Monica Mountain views. Nestled among mature trees, this private retreat is ideal for families or romantic escapes. The treetop-level wraparound deck, with built-in seating, is perfect for dining or stargazing. Inside, the open-concept living area boasts a soaring A-frame ceiling and glass wall blending with nature. The chef’s kitchen features stainless-steel. Primary king suite upstairs with a private balcony.

**Charming Topanga Canyon Spacious A-frame Retreat- wrap around multiple decks**

Details to note: Due to recent wildfires, the main road to the beach is open from 6am to midnight. There is still clean up happening. For beach access we recommend going up to Malibu. Also, the main floor bathroom, the shower only is functioning, but the removable shower head can be used to fill the tub. We are working on sourcing the parts for the European fixtures.

No AC or heat at this time. There is a fireplace and space heaters. We are hoping to install mini splits soon!

Other things to note:
Due to the recent fires, the main road to the beach is only open from 6am to midnight. There is a basement and adjoining patio that is closed off for repairs. The adjacent building/ garage is also not accessible.
