The space
This stunning new 1 bedroom condo is located in the beautiful new Wariruri Residence, just minutes from the Ritz Carlton, Marriott, and other high-rise hotels. A short drive will take you to the pristine shores of Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Malmok, Boca Catalina, and Arashi Beach, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

As soon as you step inside your cozy and stylish condo, you'll be greeted by a modern and fully equipped living space. The condo is fully air-conditioned through-out, has smart HDTVs in the living area and the master bedroom. Wariruri 318 has an open-plan and very well furnished living space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

The third floor condo and its amenities are accessible via the entrance from the lobby and then via elevator or stairs. The condo is unlocked via a key lock. We will provide the lock for this at your check-in.

There is free 24/7 on site parking included.

There are many amazing beaches well worth exploring in Aruba.

Palm Beach is a beautiful beach, with its long stretch of golden sand and crystal-clear waters. Palm Beach offers a perfect setting for sunbathing, water sports, and beachfront entertainment.

Eagle Beach is the widest beach of Aruba with more than a kilometre of pure perfection – white sands lapped by crystal clear blue waters with the iconic wind-bent divi divi (or fofoti) trees and the daily iridescent breathtaking sunsets over the water.
