This resort-like property has 5 king bedrooms, a bunk room-1 full size and 1 twin(sleeps 4-6), 1 twin bedroom, and a nursery, there's plenty of space for everyone. All bedrooms have robes, slippers, hangers, and spare standard size pillows and blankets.
5 full baths including a jetted tub and a soaking tub. All have bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, hair dryers, sleeping eye masks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, and a basket of personal items such as toothbrush, shaver, etc.

UL Balcony bedroom has balcony with 2 chairs and table, and an adjoining room with a desk, chair and large screen monitor.

UL Courtyard bedroom has an adjoining room with desk and chair.

Large street-side and lake-side yards. Beautiful landscaped property.
Large Rainbow Play System with swings, fort, climbing wall, and slide.

Lake Boathouse has paddle boat, Zuma sailboat, 2 kayaks-1 tandem, 1 single, 2 paddle-boards, 4 pool float, kiddie pool, and large float mat.
Yard games: volleyball, badminton, ladder toss, corn hole, bocce ball, frisbee toss, and Pickle ball.
Tritoon and wave-runner available. Talk to me and arrange a time for me as Captain to take you out. Your group will be passengers; it is helpful to have a WI boater’s license or water safety course. All types and sizes of water skis, wakeboards, and knee board. 3 person chair tube and flat tube for up to 2 riders.

Parking for 1 vehicle in attached garage. Additional vehicles park outside in designated parking area on driveway. Parking on yard or in street is not allowed.

I live on premise with my 2 Labrador dogs, Colby and Brie, in the Owner’s Suite, a separate apartment not accessible to guests. The common spaces and amenities are maintained and serviced by service company employees and the owner. The owner does maintain, facilitate and manage the use of lakefront, boats, pool, hot tub, patio furniture, pergola, TVs, gardens, courtyard, walking paths, birding patio, boathouse, detached garage, and any guest requests or needs. (The house workings are complicated;)
As a retired Wisconsin Judge I am able to officiate weddings anywhere in the state. Marriage License needs to be applied for in County of ceremony. My home is in Waukesha County.
