Charming East Nashville Retreat
Charming space in East Nashville that you will fall in love with! We are just a half a block away from amazing restaurants such as Lockeland Table, Urban Cowboy’s Public House, Robertas and more. Our neighborhood is actually walkable, rare for Nashville. Coffee is 3 blocks away. Our historic home has been loved by us for over 20 years, and the spa-like soaking tub in the bathroom is perfect for a couple’s getaway.
This charming, historic home in the heart of East Nashville is divided into 2 separate units, with separate entrances. You will be staying in Unit A, with the front entrance! All rooms in this unit are large and spacious, with 10 ft ceiling height in most rooms. There is one bedroom, with Full Bed, 1 living room, 1 large bathroom, with double sinks, spa like soaking tub and double shower heads, a kitchenette area.
Please note, the kitchenette area IS NOT A FULL KITCHEN. There is a stainless steel counter, small fridge, portable electric burner, washer and dryer in this area. This is not a location to attempt to do a lot of cooking. A home with a full kitchen is better suited for that! However, there’s room to get some things for toast for breakfast, coffee, and to reheat leftovers.
You are free to use all spaces within Unit A, however please treat the space with respect and love as you would want someone to in your home.
I’ll connect with you on What’s App so that it’s easy for you to get in touch during your stay. You will be able to check in on your own. However, please note that either myself or another guest will be in Unit B. Please be mindful of noise and respectful of the space.
No guests are allowed on site besides yourselves. This is not a location for a party, or large group. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 11pm to respect anyone in Unit B.

Hip Zipper, Rock N Roll Vintage, Black Shag Vintage, Starland Vintage, Every Direction Vintage, Garage Sale Vintage, Anaconda Vintage and more.
We are less than 5 minutes walk to 3 coffee shops:
Mama Bread, Frothy Monkey East, The Den Nashville
You’ll find plenty to love in our neighborhood while you’re visiting, especially as our area is one of Nashville’s only truly walkable areas of town.
