Loved the condo!

Property and Stay was great!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and knew we wouldn’t have a ton of time to enjoy the beach. Being so close made it perfect!! The kids enjoyed walking right down to the beach. The view was gorgeous!! The location was just perfect for us. We were able to walk to another of our teams beach houses then the next night we walked to the hangout. The space inside was perfect for our family and the kids loved the bunk beds. We will definitely be back!!

Quick trip before return to college

We stayed at Phoenix All Suites West, made a late reservation and ended up on the 16th floor. I travelled with 4 kids, 21, 19, 16, and 12. They were a tough crowd. The location is perfect, walking distance to EVERYTHING. The suite was super clean and met all needs. We had a great time, the only hiccup was the elevator. Just 2 for all 16 floors. Sometimes the wait exceeded 15 minutes and on the day of check out we waited 30 minutes. So my advice is to clear out super early on check out day and bring patience for the elevator.

Disappointing

Tried to check in and was told I was at the wrong location and was directed to another property only to be sent back to the original one. Condo wasn't ready and when it finally was - it was FILTHY. Bathtub was disgusting. I did see a sign that renovation were coming which is great news since the location is perfect.

Unit needs a refresh and cleaning.

This unit was not clean (e.g., the carpet in the bedroom is FILTHY, dead bugs on the floor). The unit also needs a refresh (e.g., the dishwasher is severely rusted and leaks profusely; light in bathroom works inconsistently; shower head barely works). The location is perfect -wish the property had been better.

Needs a Re-fresh

For the price this is a property that is badly in need of a re-fresh. The pool on property is very small and evidently anyone can swim in it, as it’s open to everyone. The countertop laminate had several spots missing. The dishwasher corner was smashed. It was a great view of the beach and was right on the beach, but the elevators were slow, hot and dirty. And it was stocked minimally-but they do make that clear up front. The unit was clean and the a/c worked well. This was a mediocre stay, unless refreshed we will look else where in the future.

Great location - good people

We loved the location - had a great view of the gulf. The front desk, and all the staff, were very friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean, but not quite as big as the pictures made it look, as was the swimming pool - and what we thought was a hot tub in the pictures was actually a kiddie pool. There was a very small closet in the only bedroom, so we kept our clothes in our suitcases. Given that my wife doesn't like heights, we wish we would have known in advance that it was on the 16th (of 17) floors - when you step out of the elevator, you are a handrail away from the parking lot below. Our major concern was the noise. It sounded like someone was dragging a sofa across the floor every morning. We didn't know if it was cleaning or what. And when the wind shifted and came from the north, it whistled through the bottom of the door all night. The price was reasonable and we would rent there again if we could get a condo closer to the ground floor, where we think the wind and noise wouldn't be so much of an issue.

Not as expected or advertised

Unfortunately we had a short notice to book something for a baseball tournament we were attending. This was one of the last places that had any openings. First of all the rate is ridiculously high for the condo. My 6’2 husbands head practically hit the ceiling. Second the “twin” bunk beds were toddler mattress not meant foe anyone over 3 feet tall. The whole condo was filthy and old. Very out of date. The elevator service is so slow. We often just walked 16 floors because we waited over 10-15 minutes. We had two cars as we were arriving and leaving at different times. You are only allowed to park one car. Two towels we received had mold in them. The 1/2 bath had toddler size sink and toilet as well. Overall this place is not worth $3k for five nights. Over priced filthy old condo. Would not recommend nor stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

This was an awesome 4 days on the beach! The condo was ready for us as soon as we arrived & only steps from the ocean. We loved the huge floor-to-ceiling full wall windows! We could sit anywhere to still view & hear the waves! The balcony was huge too. We had 6 people sitting out there comfortably. It also had a nice wide overhang so we could sit in the shade all day & evening. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Overall a great trip! We'll definitely be back here again!

Nice property with amazing balcony view of the Gulf

On the 16th floor, had an amazing view! Balcony small but as expected, perfect for 2 to drink coffee and watch the waves. Beach side of living room was all windows, could open curtains and enjoy the beauty. Living room adequate size, with dining area. Kitchen adequate, had everything we needed for cooking. Small half bath in hall was nice, nice to have spare bathroom. Main bathroom adequate, draining issues in shower were a little disgusting because I had to stand in standing water. No shelf space at all, only back of toilet, worried everything would fall in toilet. Main bedroom small, no dresser, only shelf space was in closet. No bedside table on one side. On our 3rd night, they were shampooing carpets or moving furniture on the floor above us until 11:30 at night, very frustrating when trying to sleep. Housekeeping finally showed up on 3rd day. Not service animal friendly, no relief area. Nice access to the beach, nice pool. Very clean ground. Located just off main strip but convenient to stores and restaurants. Nice location, easy access in and out of complex.
