We had a great quick stay, place was nice and great view and price range was great.. the bathtub had some black long hair which wasn’t mine stuck on the shower wall but other than that everything was great.

Small but efficient

The unit was good - great location . Furniture comfy but might need updating. Love the bunk beds to put stuff on. View was great !

Overall great time

This was an awesome place to stay with the family. The beach access was great with the kids. We had an issue with a staff member but other than that the staff was great! I would definitely stay here again. I gave a low score on communication with the property management because I didn’t really need to contact them for anything.

Clean and comfortable

Everything was as advertised. As a group of women we always look for mirrors and full length mirror for our outfit. We were pleasantly surprised to see that there were multiple mirrors and a full length one as well. The bed was comfortable and the pull out couch as well. We wish there would have been some dish soap in the kitchen. But everything was great.

Good location with easy beach access

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There is work going on at the building next door. Paint is being scrapped off the building which made it extremely loud on the beach. We had to walk a good ways down the beach to get away from it. I would have liked to have known about this beforehand. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and the room was well cleaned. I would stay here again but would want to make sure that the noise and paint chips weren’t happening at the same time.

Dirty and outdated

The property hasn’t been dusted in a very long time. Mold is growing on the shower curtain. The kitchen baseboards and sides of the cabinets are dirty. The front closet had a dirty mop in it, making it smell HORRIBLE. Needs a really good cleaning and some updating.

The property had a great view, was clean and in a great location. The check in process could be convenient with a few kinks ironed out. I found them currently to be annoying, time consuming and pointless. 3 days before check in I received numerous text messages to check in. I have a lot of preparing to do usually before vacation, and I am not yet on vacation 3 days prior. I was at work. I had to try 4 times and the system kept failing so I had to take more time off work to reach out to someone for help. All of this help seemed pointless because even after I was successfully “checked in” I still had to go to the office to get my code to get in the door. I would have rather forgone the uploading photos of my id and self and just handed my id to the clerk when I had to see her anyways. The room fits 6 people and we maxed out the room with 6 people. My car only seats 4 people and my husbands only seats 5. So we had to take 2 cars. There is NO option to have 2 parking spots, even if your willing to pay. During peak season, this could put your second car many miles away or spending the few hours you do have in your apartment that you spent $500 for driving in circles waiting for a spot close by. These are a few minor irritations. Also, check in is 4pm (comparably quite late), and check out is 10am!! Earliest I’ve ever heard of any vacation rental. Didn’t give us much time to enjoy our money we spent.
