It was a great location. The only one parking pass was only negative, but other than that was just an ordinary beach condo!

Room was clean and the view of the water along with the sound of the waves coming in was great. Within walking distance to just about everything, so there was no need to jump in the vehicle and fight to find parking spaces. We would definitely book again.

Stayed in two rooms

Booked a stay for two nights. Was a great experience and decided to do one more night. They got us another room and made the transition between checkout/check in easy for us. Will look to book again for future stays.

We had a great stay! The hot water heater needs to be seen about. It was leaking water in the floor.And the bunk beds are not full twin beds. That was disappointing.

This property is located on the beach as pictured. No complaints about this hotel at all. Our view of the ocean was lovely from the 8th floor,the parking and access to our room/the beach area was good.. Shopping area like the mall/outlets was a lil drive.

Wonderful family getaway!

We loved this weekend trip to celebrate out anniversary with our 15 month old! No complaints, except that on check out day, one elevator seemed to be out of commission which caused a slight delay for check count process, and we were unaware that the balcony was closed from 8-4:30 until we arrived to our room due to construction work below. Thankfully, did not affect our weekend stay! Other than that, 10/10 stay!

Great stay

Easy check in, close to hwy 59, clean, good for singles, couples, or 1 couple and kids. Plenty of towels, stocked kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, can opener, etc. The property next door was being refurbished, so grinding, construction noise etc, but thats not this propertie's fault. Beautiful view with boardwalk to beach and hose to rinse feet coming back in. Will stay again.

It was great. The communication was good until I had an issue with the remote controls - neither worked - I called and go no answer. Texted and was told to call. No one ever responded.

OK for needs but rated too high

Location is good for this older property. Comfortable bed and furnishings, nice balcony. Needs updating - old carpet, small bathroom needs some love. Had to buy air fresheners due to smell. Overall, this suited our quick stay but I do not agree with the high rating I went off of to book.

Making memories with the grandkids

Great view of these Gulf. Right over the pool. A/C works greatly. I thought website stated there was a DVD players. Didn't see one. Maybe I was mistaken. Overall we enjoyed it

Very enjoyable stay!

We had one adult and a 16, 15 and 5 yr old. Just enough room for us. Bunk beds were small as expected but we made do. They were actually comfortable. Half bath was small but nice to have extra. King size bed was very comfortable as well. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The only minor complaint was the water pressure in the shower but definitely not a deal breaker. Location was great with easy beach access. Pool area had plenty of chairs to relax. Will definitely keep this condo in mind for the future for a small group. Loved the balcony too! Also, the wait for the elevators took a little while but that’s understandable. We also liked the “shopping” carts that were available to bring stuff to and from the room. There were plenty available and very convenient. Can’t wait to go back!
