Lagoon Landing 303 is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the third floor with partial Gulf views. The property also offers deeded beach access just across the street.

• Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; dining table seats four



• Washer and dryer inside the unit



• Living room has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with lockbox onsite



• Maximum of two cars allowed



Important: Maximum occupancy of 4 people is strictly enforced by on-site management. Over-occupancy will result in an additional $100/day fee, payable directly to the Lagoon Landing Association.
