GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

Inside, the home features a bright, open concept living area, ideal for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family. With sleeping accommodations for large groups and each bedroom featuring its own bathroom, everyone can enjoy comfort and privacy. To make your stay as easy as possible, we provide all linens and bath towels so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip.

This home is located in "The Resort of OIB," giving you access to a beautiful oceanfront clubhouse and pool, private beach access, private bath, and crab dock, all within a five-minute walk from the property!

BEACH ACCESS: The closest public beach access is Shelby Street, a 4 minute walk.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- No pets
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
