Imagínese en esta hermosa y nueva casa de playa con vista al mar 2014. Forever Summer es una joya personalizada de 5 dormitorios y 6. 5 baños que está decorada y amueblada profesionalmente para su máximo disfrute. Hemos tratado de pensar en todo lo que necesitará para que sus próximas vacaciones sean las mejores. Esta casa cuenta con accesibilidad para discapacitados en todo, incluida una ducha aprobada por la ADA en una de las habitaciones. Forever Summer también tiene una piscina extra grande con baño cerca, ascensor con paneles de madera, cocina muy grande, cubierta frontal extra grande, electrónica de última generación y lo mejor de todo ... fácil acceso a la playa. Forever Summer cuenta con pisos de nogal en el tercer piso de este plano inverso con hermosos azulejos en la habitación familiar del segundo piso y lujosas alfombras en cada una de las habitaciones. Disfrute de las fantásticas vistas al mar desde la cubierta delantera y la tranquila reserva de madera y las vistas intercosteras y puestas de sol desde la parte posterior. La hermosa cocina fue diseñada con grandes reuniones en mente con gabinetes personalizados, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todos los utensilios y equipos nuevos. Dos lavaplatos mantienen limpios todos los platos y un refrigerador para bebidas y una máquina de hielo separada ayudan a mantener frescas todas sus bebidas en los calurosos días de verano. We had such a wonderful time at “Forever Summer” the host was super responsive and literally took care of everything right away. Loved the pool and the fact that there was a bathroom on the bottom level! Can’t wait to come back, perfect for a large family vacay! We will be back!!!!

Great holiday vacation!

Great house for our family of 10! Love the large top deck and easy walk to beach. Very clean! Everything was in working order, and lots of room for us to gather together. Highly recommend!

Family Beach Vacation

Our Family Beach Vacation was so much fun. Our family consisted of myself (I'm Memaw), my three daughters, one son in law and my six granddaughters ranging in age from 5 - 13. This custom home was the perfect setting. It was beautifully appointed. The 12 person dining table was a treat so we could all have our meals together. They thought of everything, including an ice machine and wine refrigerator in the wet bar/coffee bar, which also included a Cuisinart traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. The beach was just a short walk making it simple to come and go throughout the day. The older grands loved the ocean and the the littles couldn't get enough of the pool. It's a great size and has a shower and a bathroom poolside. Having coffee with my family on the front porch with a view of the ocean was so relaxing. There is a small home in front on the ocean side, so your view is not obstructed. We also had a once in a lifetime experience witnessing a sea turtle building her next one night while we were searching for crabs. It was amazing. David was very wonderful to work with and the personalized entry is perfect, so there were no glitches when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property.

Incredible Stay

Property was everything we hope for, convenient to beach, more than enough room for our family. The owner Dave’s communications were off the charts and when we had a couple very small issues, he had someone there right way to solve the problem. I highly recommend staying here, I know we will be back.

What a wonderful place to spend a week with the family! The beach was so close, so beautiful and the turtle nests were magnets for the family. Wonderful tide pools for the little ones. If you have children, there is a wonderful park and museum on the island for off-beach moments. The house was comfortable and well appointed - neither too fancy nor vacation shabby. The kitchen was so well equipped our food focused family was delighted. Plenty of covered porches for moments of quiet and/or family fun. The pool simply added to our choices for fun and relaxation. Thank you! As the family ages the 4-to-a-room bedroom spaces are more challenging. But that's for us to manage and not a slight on this comfortable and welcoming house.

The house was well appointed and served our family's needs. We spent a lot of time in the house during our stay because the beach was inaccessible and a lot of the island was shut down. The size and layout of the house provided plenty of room. The swimming pool was a life saver for the kids because we had several days of rainy weather due to hurricane Debby. The owner was helpful in advising on the storm and checked in on us to make sure we were OK. We area looking forward to a return with more typical beach weather.

We had a lovely stay at this 5-star property. The house was clean, well equipped, ready on time and had terrific oceanfront views from a very spacious front porch. We are planning our return next year.

Best Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this vacation. The house was amazing, great open space for gathering as a family, the elevator worked great and the space accomodated our family member in a wheelchair, quick walk to the beach, easy communication with Dave. I hope we can come back here again!

wonderful space for a retreat

This was a perfect spot for a business retreat!! We enjoyed the large porches and the other accommodations. We had plenty of room to spread out. The handy man, Russ was great when we needed to set up the tv for streaming. Wonderful stay!

Great home. Well appointed. Comfy beds and furniture all around!

This home is perfect. Love the layout. Top floor has open floor plan kitchen, dining and den area. Furniture in den is super comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, even an air fryer. The ice machine was pure luxury and a game changer for sure. The bedrooms all have a private bath. They thought of everything. The outdoor shower by the pool is a great idea and so nice to have. The pool is amazing. Clean and we spent a LOT of time here. The walk to beach access is mere steps away and so convenient. Love this home, we will be back!

First time on east side of island.

This was our first stay on the east side of the island. Loved the house. It was beautifully furnished with plenty of room for our family of 14. The grandkids especially enjoyed the larger pool. Thanks for another memorable vacation!

Fantastic Vacation

This beautiful house checked all the boxes for us. Clean and laid out really well. I'm handicapped and use a rollator. All level except one small step up to enter at elevator street entrance. Pool was larger than most and neatly laid out. All 6 of my grandchildren loved everything about this house!! Best house we have rented so far!! David was so good at answering any questions. We have booked it again for next year!!!

Great house!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! This was the first time we rented a home with a pool and we will never go without one again! :) The living room/kitchen area is especially spacious! The location is perfect with easy beach access and there is a partial ocean view from the huge front deck. There were a few cleanliness issues and one of the televisions was malfunctioning. I contacted the owner and the issues were addressed immediately. Great owner and great house! Highly recommend!

Great stay in OIB!

Floor plan worked well for our family of 10. Master on top floor with kitchen and living areas was ideal for the grandparents. Easy walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Forever Summer- appropriately named!

Our family of 10 spent last week at this beautiful home. The owner called shortly after arrival to inquire if we were doing well in the home. It actually exceeded our expectations. Our grandchildren ages 6-14 were very excited about the pool being larger than it appeared in the photo. Having a restroom outdoors and the pool toys was an extra that was very appreciated. We actually cooked the majority of our meals and there was plenty of room for the adults to cook, clean and navigate in the spacious kitchen area. The beverage refrigerator and 2 dishwashers were especially nice considering our crowd. A member of our family requires an elevator but it was also a Godsend for myself and husband since we are not as young and spry as many years ago! It is also so nice not to have to carry groceries and luggage up the stairs. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the street is at bedtime unlike the noisy beach towns. Ocean Isle is ideal for families like ours. Another unexpected and very beautiful advantage for this home is unlike the neighbors there are no homes backed up to this one giving so much privacy and a clear view of the inlet behind. The only disappointment was discovering the previous Public Access as shown in the photo has since been replaced with a home so we had to walk a very short distance to the existing access. This was a little bit of a problem for a family member who has a muscular disease but she was happy reading by the pool. Highly recommend this home!!! 🤗

Nice stay

Nice house. Great location. Easy access to beach. Sometimes it is the little add-ons that make the difference. The ice-maker and the second dishwasher really added the icing on the cake.

We'll be back!!

My family has stayed in several VRBO homes over the years and we all agreed this one was the best! It had a huge kitchen with all the necessities for a large group, plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, and bathrooms in each, great ocean view, short walk to the beach, and great pool. Couldn't ask for more! But so glad there's an elevator because there are a lot of steps! I highly recommend it.
