Master Bedroom has KING bed and a FLAT SCREEN TV, and gulf view with balcony access. The 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and a FLATSCREEN TV. The condo has 2 full bathrooms. There is full size washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit. The full-sized kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals, while the spacious living area offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. There is wireless internet access throughout the residence. This condo can accommodate 4 adults over the age of 25. For families, we allow 2 additional children for a maximum capacity of 6 guests.

Important NOTICE:
• At least one person 25 years of age is required for check-in.
• NO PETS. HOA does not allow pets. If a pet is found afterwards, a $500 cleaning fee will be imposed.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
• While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
• ~ Silicone wristbands will be provided and must be returned at checkout. A fee of $20 per band will be charged for any unreturned wristbands.

• After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
• Garage length is 7’. No scooters, golf carts, boats or trailers permitted.
• No Parties & No Smoking – Violations may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
• Strict Parking Enforcement – Parking is limited, so please: Display your parking pass properly. Park between the lines to avoid frustration for other guests. Be mindful during peak seasons when parking can be tight. We are not financially responsible if your vehicle is towed due to parking violations.
