Este es un muy bien decorado 3 dormitorios / 2 1/2 baños casa 1 cuadra de la playa ubicada en el Viejo Seagrove a la sombra de viejos árboles de roble. El dormitorio principal, cocina, sala de estar y zona de comedor se encuentran en la primera planta para reuniones fáciles para la familia. Gran porche filtrado en el 1 ° piso, con cómodas sillas le permite sentarse y disfrutar del aire libre. Sala de estar tiene una gran pantalla plana, un montón de estar, taburetes y puertas francesas que dan a la malla en porche. Primera planta cuenta con todos los pisos de baldosas de travertino.
Segundo suelos son todos de madera dura. Arriba tiene 2 habitaciones muy bonitas y un baño compartido. Dormitorio principal se abre a un porche cubierto para su disfrute al aire libre.
Un montón de aparcamiento. Frente de la casa tiene un gran lado camino de entrada de la casa de un camino de entrada para 2 autos con un 2 coches cochera cubierta. Todas las zonas de aparcamiento se puede hacer todo en adoquines atractivos. Las áreas exteriores incluyen un patio de madera independiente con parrilla de gas para cocinar grandes comidas. Justo al lado de la cochera es una ducha exterior con agua caliente y fría. Nueva piscina de agua salada instalado en 2014.

Great stay!

This was a great property for our family vacation. It was so close to the beach and a short pleasant walk to Seaside restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the pool was super nice for relaxing after the beach.

Property was even better than advertised. (I think VRBO still shows queen beds and there are two kings, so that was a great surprise) the house served our purposes wonderfully. Exterior spaces with the pool were great. Easy 3 minute walk to wonderful, uncrowded public beach access. 10 minute walk to Seaside square. Likely we will reserve again. Very happy with our stay!

Great spot! Close to the beach and private pool.

This is our 4th stay at the House. Best location in Old Seagrove. 5 minute walk to the water. Nearby restaurants and grocery. Great classic beach house with updates and charm. Will be back!

Great for kids

This house is close to everything, not too big or too small, and the on-site pool was a game-changer for my kids (7, 8 and 9, years).

Perfect Vacation House!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! Absolutely no complaints from us! Just a short walk down to the beach, central square, etc. Also, only a short drive in the car or golf cart to a grocery store. It was also great to have the private pool area whenever we weren’t at the beach. We can’t wait to go back someday! Seagrove and Seaside is the place to be!

Great location & cute place for small group!

Great location and option for a family with kids or 2 small families. Quick and easy walk to beach, shops, square and close to grocery. We had 4 teens upstairs and stayed in master downstairs. Easy charging area for golf cart and covered carport. All in all great stay!

Perfect Vacay!

Had the best stay at the house! The newly remodeled kitchen was an unexpected surprise - wow. Greg was responsive to a minor issue we had with a toilet but other than that, our stay was perfect. The pool and quick, east access to the beach and supermarket can’t be beat. We will be back!

Great Beach House

We loved staying at this beach house! Our family has been coming to Seagrove for many years and this house might be our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The house is well equipped and made our stay so comfortable! The pool was a big hit with our grandchildren and provided hours of enjoyment. The location is perfect and the walk to the beach is so easy. Greg was wonderful to work with and responded to every question or concern we had. We definitely plan to return next summer!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this house. The kids (and us) all loved having the pool and we also loved the front screened porch for mornings and evenings. The house was a great size and the walk to the beach was short and easy (about 4 minutes down a fairly shady dirt road). We walked into seaside every day- it was about 10-12 minutes and a nice walk for adults- we brought a wagon/stroller for the little ones which worked nicely. Beach was beautiful and there was a chair vendor at the end of the beach access point we rented chairs and umbrellas from. We hope to make it back here one day soon!

Great end of the summer beach trip

This place was a 10/10. We are already looking to book again. The location was fantastic. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. Less than 10 min walk to seaside. Publix super close! The house having its own pool was a game changer as well as we really used it and enjoyed having that. Home was clean when we arrived. No issues at all. Loved renting bikes and loved the homes porches. Beds were comfy and home stayed cool. Will be back!! 10/10 or 5 stars!

Seagrove beach 2023

This is our favorite property to stay in for our annual beach trip to 30A. The proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. is matched by how comfortable and well stocked the home is. The beds are also comfortable. We plan on being back next summer! Do bring everything you need to cook, though. In the past there was salt, pepper, spices, oil, etc. This year there was nothing. Not a big deal, but just something worth noting so you can come prepared. Love this place!

Great location!

We honestly really enjoyed the stay here. The pool was a major hit with our 12 year old during the middle of the day after we came up from the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The three beds and 2 full bath and 1 half bath was super nice to have. Also the location was perfect. We walked pretty much everywhere except Publix and one restaurant, so that was perfect. The space of the house was very nice. We honestly loved it. The new updated kitchen compared to the listing was very nice as well. It looks entirely different than the listing in a good way. My only complaint I had was the cleanliness. The general cleaning pieces were not bad, so I am not saying don’t stay here due to cleanliness. We still loved it and the house thankfully was ready early so we were allowed to check in early and that was very nice. However, it did not look like a major clean had occurred in quite a while. Like I said, we loved our stay. There are so many great features about the house we loved. I would just recommend maybe a heavy cleaning outside of your generic cleaning on occasion.

Family Vacay

The location of this property worked great for our family of 6. My only complaints would be the lack of non stick cooking skillets. So just be prepared and bring yourself a couple good non stick skillets if you plan on doing alot of cooking for your family. I just expected better skillets forthe cost of this place for the week. Lastly, we removed the upstairs comforter off the bed on the very first night as it didn't appear to be clean. All other linens underneath were fine and smelled fresh and clean. I'm assuming the comforter has to go to a commercial washer due to it being so large therefore my suggestion would be to just do away with comforters too large that can't be cleaned properly in between the guests. Everything else was great. The kitchen, bathrooms, floors everything was clean and fresh and the updated kitchen from the photos was an added bonus. We would definately stay here again.

Easy walk to beach

My husband and I have stayed at another property in Old Seagrove for several years. But since our son, daughter-in-law, and 15 mo. old grandson were joining us this year we wanted a place where we could all have some privacy and had better beach access. This property checked both the boxes. The walk to the beach was quick & easy. Sidewalk 95% of the way. Plenty of room for all of us in the house. It is also very quick to go into Seaside. We had bikes that we used to go back and forth and it’s a quick ride. If you want to walk, it’s about a 10 min walk. The kitchen has been very nicely upgraded since the pics in the listing. Be aware, if you are bringing a little one, there are only bar stools for sitting and eating. No dining table. So you might want to be prepared with an option for feeding a baby or toddler who isn’t quite big enough for just a bar stool. I wouldn’t recommend the “clamp on” type of high chair for the bar top. It might be too much weight to be safe Since we had some bad weather during our stay, we really appreciated the covered parking. The pool was perfect for the 5 of us. There are steps and both ends of the pool that were helpful with a small child. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This is our second stay at this property. The house is clean and pool is great. Plenty of room for two families. Close to the beach and seaside. Already checking the dates for our stay next summer!!!

Nice and short walk to the beach!!!

Me and our family stayed at this home which is newly renovated from the kitchen with new appliances, the older pictures from the listing does not do justice to the way it is now, it looks way better now in person, the pool is not too small or big is just perfect for a small group of people. The BBQ grill does need to be replaced (It has seen better days lol but it still works). The bedrooms were very clean and loved the decoration on the bedrooms, just wish the kids bedroom had a set of bunk beds to really accommodate a total of 8 people (2 couples and 4 kids). Overall I really loved that is located such a short walking distance from the beach and also there is a cafe located right on the corner across the street from the house, very convenient. I would stay there again I recommend it.

Perfect location

We loved the location of the house. It was an easy walk to the beach and into Seaside. Having a private pool was great. The beach area was not crowded. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Positives - Good Location...home was clean...kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were all reasonable size and comfortable. Owners / Property Mgr was very helpful Areas to improve - pool area: furniture needs replaced. Not a lot of room to hangout with family and play card games (i.e. family room was small).
