The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the trees as you step onto the porch, and the cool Tennessee air greets you with a hint of pine. Inside, the house awakens with the quiet hum of a home ready for you to spread out, play, and relax at your own pace. Evenings glow around the fire pit while the hot tub steams under a star‑filled sky, inviting you to unwind after a day of mountain adventures. Every room feels spacious enough for large groups to find their own corner of comfort.



Sleeping arrangements

Six bedrooms accommodate up to 18 guests. Five bedrooms each feature a king bed, some with ensuite bathrooms or shared baths and private exterior entrances on the main and lower levels. The sixth bedroom offers two queen‑over‑queen bunk beds and one twin‑over‑twin bunk bed, plus an ensuite bathroom and its own exterior entrance, giving families and friends flexible privacy.



Indoor living

When the weather turns cool, the home keeps you entertained. A private movie theater, arcade games, laser tag, a custom Podium 1 driving simulator, air‑hockey table, and PlayStation 5 provide endless fun. Comfortable seating, a dedicated workspace, heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, and an ethernet connection make relaxation and productivity easy. A washer and dryer, fresh linens, room‑darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all essential cookware. A dining table seats twelve, with additional seating for four at the island. Outside, three dining tables each seat six, perfect for al fresco meals under the trees.



Outdoor living

The backyard invites year‑round enjoyment. A private pickleball court, hot tub, fire pit, playground, outdoor yard games and a BBQ grill create spaces for activity and relaxation. A patio and balcony provide quiet spots to breathe in the fresh mountain air, while free parking accommodates multiple vehicles, RVs and trailers.

Each of the five baths offers hot water and standard bathroom essentials. Safety features include a first‑aid kit, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and carbon‑monoxide alarm.
