Snowflower is an ideal retreat for guests seeking the perfect combination of mountain access and proximity to Historic Main Street. Located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, this beautifully updated ground-level condo offers effortless convenience and comfort—just steps from the Payday ski lift.

This residence features a spacious master suite with a king bed, cozy gas fireplace, TV and ensuite bath. A second bedroom includes two twin beds with a full bathroom located just across the hall, making it perfect for families or groups. With all living space on a single level and no stairs to navigate as well as in room Snowflower is accessible and welcoming for guests of all ages.

The living area is stylishly furnished with a warm gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a queen sleeper sofa. The dining space is ideal for evening meals, while the newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked and ready for entertaining. Step outside through your private wooden gate with your BBQ and enjoy immediate access to the slopes. After a day on the mountain, unwind in the shared heated pool or hot tub, or enjoy the tennis courts during the summer months. Snowflower also offers ski lockers, an on site gym; a reserved underground parking space, and beautifully maintained grounds year-round.

As one of only three properties offering direct ski access at the village base, Snowflower is perfect for creating lasting memories during your next Park City getaway.

Condo was just as described; steps from the slopes and impeccably clean. The two bedroom/two bathroom setup was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Literally steps from the hot tub, ski lockers and lift access. It's also a very short walk to Fresh Market for grocery needs. Great ski-in/ski-out condo!

Just a really good two bedroom condo good living area good kitchen very well. Thought out little things like coffee filters even coffee, spices cooking utensils, and dishes. Just a great accommodation and best of all wonderful ski and location and right by hot tub

Amazing location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this comfortable property! Well stocked with everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat - just steps from First Time chairlift and being on the first floor made that much easier. It took us a minute to figure out the heat system (some info in the unit would be helpful) but once we did it was easy. Great stay - definitely recommend!

Great Ski in Ski Out

Super convenient and easy to reverse with kids skiing. Locker rooms were great, and First Timer lift right outside your door. Condo was clean and well stocked.

Great location and perfect for 4 adults

Family of 4 (grown adult children) stayed very comfortably. Nice and cozy with the living room fireplace. Kitchen had all appliances, utensils, dishes we needed. GREAT location for skiing/boarding. About a 40 yard walk to the first lift. Parking was easy and convenient in the provided parking area. Would love to stay here again soon!

Great Ski In Ski Out for Park City Mountain

Perfect for family of four. Very clean, kids could walk out from first floor balcony right into the snow. Truly ski in ski out as "First Time" ski lift is only a 3 min walk away. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking. Will be coming back.

Well stocked and comfortable

My family of five stayed at Snowflower 9 four a long ski weekend. The space was clean, comfortable, and well stocked, including towels, beach towels (for the hot tub), and household supplies (trashbags, paper towels, dish soap, etc.). It has easy access to two lifts and the restaurants and shops in the ski village. The walk to Main Street was a little farther than anticpated so we bunded up on our treks there for lattes or dinners out.

Amazing ski in/ski out

This condo was a great location while skiing in park city. Right next to the lifts and the unit was well appointed. Included locker for your skis and one of the best designed (huge) hot tubs for the complex. If I had to say a negative, the master bath was outdated, but it definitely didn’t deter from our trip. We will definitely rent again!

Spring Break Ski Trip

Great location. 1 minute walk to First Time which was perfect for my family of new snowboarders. Clean, well stocked and comfortable. The adults enjoyed the nice fireplaces and convenient location. We ate lunch in the condo and took breaks in the middle of the day and headed back out in the afternoon. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Perfect condo for our family.

Great get-away from the heat in SLC.

Great living area set up. Much more comfortable than the usual 2 bedroom condo. So close to the action. Walked just outside to see the fireworks/drone show. Management company was extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions. Thank you!

Perfect location for getting to the slopes quickly! Also, the unit was equipped with anything you would ever need! Only downside was the unit furniture & floors were extremely dusty. Otherwise, it was awesome!!

Perfect Location

Loved the location of this cute condo. It was the perfect size for my family of 2 adults and our 8 and 12 year olds. The first floor location made our snow fun so much easier, being able to walk right in and out through the patio was the best part. Super quick walk to the First Time lift. The underground parking was easy and convenient. Only complaint was that the main bedroom is listed as a king size bed which it was not- it was a full/queen. I'm still giving it a 5 star rating but be aware if you're looking specifically for a king bed.

They kept my deposit stating damage to the fireplace trim when we never used the fireplace.

Would never stay at another one of their properties based on their standard practice of fabrication of stories in order to keep security deposit. Have contacted VRBO and credit card company.

Great location to base

Location is perfect and quick access the base. Hot tub is right outside the patio. It was very convenient to put on gear & just walk out to the base. Much faster than riding the shuttle. However shuttle stop is right outside front of building that takes you to main street or other areas of park city. Condo was spacious with everything we needed. DoorDash even delivers here! Only complaint was the mater bath needs a major renovation & no central heat. Wall furnaces & fireplaces to heat. Took a few days to figure out to not make it blazing hot or freezing. It was our 1st time to PC & we absolutely loved it!

Thank you for your positive review! Snowflower is absolutely in an ideal location offering the duality of immediate ski access, coupled with ideal walking and shuttle access to the downtown Park City area. The entire Snowflower condo complex is plumbed with localized heat in every room by wall unit, rather than forced air. While this may be an older method, it can be actually very convenient for guests to determine locally in each room how they wish to have the temperature setting, which is ideal for mixed family or corporate groups. There are also multiple fireplaces which were updated from wood to gas in the last year, making for a great additional heat source and cozy environment. We are so pleased this owner just purchased the unit, and wishes to in the future update a few additional things beyond the kitchen and living areas. We look forward to additional successful rentals and happy guests at Snowflower 9 and we are so pleased you had a great time!

Great Stay @ Snowflower9

Clean, updated, and well-appointed Condo in great location. Located just steps way from the First-Time & Eagle lifts. There is an available parking spot but we chose not to rent a vehicle for our stay and found that it was walkable (depending on your definition of walkable) to grocery store and close to the free town bus/shuttles to get over to Main Street Area; Uber & Lyft services are also active and relatively quick in the area. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay in Snowflower 9! Check-in/Check-out was simple and communications with Mountain West Team was excellent. Condo is on the first floor which makes it close/convenient to the ski-locker and communal outdoor hot-tub. Price-point was a bit high for our stay during a peak-season week, but we found it worthwhile....it helped that we had legit snowfall almost every day while in Park City so the skiing was fantastic!

Fantastic!

It’s hard to choose what the best part of our trip was but this condo definitely made everything easy and comfortable! It’s clean, new, the beds and furniture are comfortable and the sectional and two swivel chairs makes it possible to have four ( or more) sit and watch a movie at night. Too many condos can sleep 6 or more but have no only enough room three or four to sit in the living room! Steps from the First Time and Crescent lifts, ski in and out is so fun! The unit has a washer/ dryer( so helpful), boot and glove dryer, humidifiers for the bedrooms, great kitchen ( small but well equipped) and locker room to store your gear. Pretty property with nice hot tub and walk to Park City Mountain Village. We picked up rental gear from Breeze rentals which is smaller and easier than Legacy and loved Apres Ski at The Corner Store and ate Mexican at Baja Cantina , all walkable. In old town we ate at Bankok Thai on Main with no reservations and were soooo happy. Best green curry I’ve tasted. Enjoy your Park City vacation!
