While the check-in process and responsiveness to maintenance issues were efficient, I would advise anyone to bring their own towels as, the ones provided are very tiny. I’m not exaggerating. I think they are hand towels. They provided beach towels for us, even chairs, the pool was clean, and we were able to enjoy ourselves. We did not end up walking to the beach because it did seem a little bit further than 15 minutes, but that is a matter of opinion. The place felt clean, there was no bugs. The pool was cold, but when the sun comes out, people don’t usually heat pools in Florida as far as I understand. The host, like I said, was responsive and respectful. I would recommend the space but, no place is going to be perfect. That is why I am rating a three stars. Be prepared for a firm 10 o’clock check out on your day of departure. There is one blanket provided in the unit (and the comforter on the bed). There was also extra pillows provided, but I could not find cases. I have a lot of mixed feelings, but it’s fair to say that it was a wonderful vacation. Most of the 8 units of the building or other short-term renters, so be prepared to share the space with strangers and possible noise and a little bit of craziness.
