Featuring 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with a twin/full bunk bed, plus a full-size pullout sofa bed, this fabulous property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washer/dryer, WiFi, outdoor and porch seating with fire pit, BBQ grill, and everything else that lake life has to offer! The 2 bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of towels. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a full-sized sleeper sofa bed for extra comfort. Our stay at the property was wonderful. Excellent seating inside and out. Our only comment is that when we used the stove burners there was constant clicking as if something was trying to ignite. We loved the location and the quiet surroundings

We were extremely satisfied with our stay! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We traveled up the north shore of Lake Superior during the day but appreciated the quiet solitude at night by the lake. Our teenage kids loved access to the canoe, paddle boat and kayak. Check-in and checkout were both extremely easy.

This was our second stay at Red Pine Retreat and we really enjoy this place. The kitchen is well stocked and has both a Keurig with ice coffee mode and a standard coffee maker. Outdoor setting with fireplace and kayak and paddleboat to enjoy on the lake. Will definitely stay again when we are in the Duluth area.

The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. When the TV remote died, the host promptly dropped off replacement batteries. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the lake everyday, whether we were fishing, using the paddle boat and kayak, or just watching the wildlife. It was the perfect, serene spot for vacationing!

Great spot on a small lake so feels secluded but close enough to Duluth to get out and do things. The house is new and clean. Plenty of space for 6 adults. If we’re ever in the area again would definitely stay at Red Pine.

My daughters and I spent a weekend here and enjoyed our stay. It was a new place that was very clean. We did need to take time between showers for water to heat up but that wouldn't stop us from coming again. I would definitely recommend this place!

It was the perfect place for us to stay. We had 6 adults and one infant. We came to visit to explore Duluth for a weekend and the short 20-25 minute drive was just right for us. The property was nice and tidy and everything we needed was provided. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The space was beautiful. So spacious and was on a gorgeous plot. The house was so clean. My husband and I were in a wedding and my mom came with to watch our daughter while we were away and my 10 month old loved sitting in the grass out by the lake to play in the fresh air. The only issue we ran into was the hot water was struggling a bit on our last evening after my husband showered and I got in but it is on us because we did not contact the owner (it was 2am so we just went to bed). We would ABSOLUTELY book again.

Excellent home with all the needed amenities. It was a great base from which to explorer the Sax-Zumba Bog area as well as other birding localities in the region. When a plumbing issue developed, Josh was there in a flash to expedite the repair. Highly recommend!

Check in was a breeze. The weather has been hot and it was so nice that the air had been in so we came into a very comfortable temp. The property was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The bird life was very entertaining and beautiful outdoors. The fire pit area was lovely. There was a paddle boat, kayak and canoe available for use. Life jackets were readily available. Close and convenient to Duluth. Check out was convenient. A really pretty and private setting! Wish we could have stayed longer!

What a hidden gem of a rental house!! Cute as a button super clean one level house ( great for my elderly parents) on a picturesque lake point offering sunrise and sunset views. Even though the fall colors were just starting it was gorgeous all around that area and if you want to head up the shore you can avoid all the downtown mess and just head east to access 61. Grocery, convenience, and liquor stores five minutes away if you take the scenic route and drive slow. So well outfitted. Canoe, paddle boat, kayak, ( all with PFDs) fire pit with stored wood and adjacent picnic table and enough chairs to host a convention. Covered deck overlooking the lake. Traeger smoker grill, charcoal grill, lawn games. Kitchen has new appliances and well stocked with all your cooking needs. Coffee pot and Keurig with pods, basic condiments in cupboard ( salt, pepper, garlic powder, vanilla, etc) that is a nice and rare touch in rental homes. Three bedrooms, two have queen beds and the third has a bunk bed with queen sized bottom and twin sized top. Two baths, walk in shower in master bedroom and tub/shower in common bathroom. Great rental for a family lake vacation, leaf peeping, or even just visiting Duluth as it is not too far out of the downtown area.
