• Access to this home is available on the first floor, with 7 steps required.

• Parking available for 3 vehicles at the front of the property. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• The home is not pet friendly.

• Two washer/dryer sets available the home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
