Situado en el prestigioso Emerald Island Resort a sólo 3 millas de Disney Main Gate. El complejo cuenta con puertas de seguridad equipadas y un alto nivel de seguridad para la tranquilidad. La villa está completamente
aire acondicionado en todas partes incluyendo la sala de juegos a diferencia de la mayoría de las villas. Hay 4 dormitorios, 2 con camas king size y baño en-suite y 2 con dos camas individuales con baño compartido. Una cuna de tamaño completo, cuna, rieles de seguridad de la cama para los niños menores también se proporcionan junto con cochecito y silla alta. hay una cocina totalmente equipada con estufa, parrilla, microondas, abrelatas eléctrico, nevera-congelador, tostadora, liquidificador, etc
La villa está totalmente deshabilitado accesible con rampas, asiento de ducha y aseo de apoyo proporcionado.
Ropa de cama temática de Disney también se proporciona a petición como una alternativa (ver las fotos).
La propiedad tiene un vestíbulo de entrada con salón formal con un sofá de 2 y 3 plazas. Área de comedor formal con mesa grande, también hay un centro de música con capacidad de CD y MP3.
Fuera del salón es la sala de juegos con mesa de billar de tamaño completo, hockey de aire y futbolín, así como un tablero de dardos y consola Wii de Sony con TV.
La cocina tiene una barra de desayuno y también hay una zona de comedor informal.
El segundo salón tiene sillones de 2 y 3 plazas, TV de pantalla ancha con sonido envolvente de teatro que también reproduce CD's y tiene conexiones de iPod y MP3.

Very clean house and big!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Close to Disney and we liked the gated community aspect. The owner was helpful with our stay and overall we enjoyed our time.

Perfect for a family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family of 6. The location and peace of mind that comes with staying within a gated community was great. Overall very clean and pleasant. Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Patrick and the management agency were friendly and quick to answer all questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our family vacation at this house in emerald island. The owner provided all check in details and instructions well in advance of our stay to create a stress free holiday. Upon arrival the house was clean and inviting and the heated pool and spa were perfect and relaxing during our stay. Thanks for sharing your beautiful Florida property!

Family fun

The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. The house was clean and had basic kitchen dishes. The hot tube was the highlight of the stay each night with the family. It was close to all our planned visits to the different parks, even the hour away from Busch gardens wasn’t too bad. I would recommend staying to family and friends. Thank you Patrick for allowing us to relax at your rental!

This house was perfect! Close to Disney and all amenities but still hidden away from all the businesses. Wonderful place to come home to after a long day at Disney and jump in the pool. Very clean, spacious, safe and equipped with everything, even a crockpot and corkscrew! We felt at home here. All the staff was super friendly and the Host was more than accommodating, very helpful and quick to answer emails. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Fantastic location, large enough for all of us

My sister and I stayed here for our Disney Wine and Dine races while the kids stayed back with their grandmother. It was the perfect location, close enough to the parks to get there on time for the races, but nice and quiet for our early bed times and early wake-ups. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out, and even space for the kids to play while my brother-in-law had to jump on a quiet work call. It was very comfy, cozy, and peaceful. Just what we needed.

The house was in very good condition.

The home was a good price for value and location. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The large master bath was wonderful. We really only used the house as a place to eat, get clean and sleep so in that respect it was a fantastic value. It was about 7 minutes from Maingate Disney using Sherbeth Road (Backstage Rd) so as a former cast member it was nice. There are no ceiling fans in the home and the a/c was force set to one setting, so it got stuffy at night. For our comfort we had to buy oscillating fans instead of using the owners box fans. It was a very good safe home for the price, and one I would certainly recommend if you were on a budget. The owner lives in Great Britain and could use some lessons on patience, and tolerance, but other than that it's a good deal, if you are not accustomed to the more luxurious homes we have rented in the past ten years with Homeaway. The property gets a 4/5 due to the owner, electric water heater, and a/c setting and no fans.

Sadly this was one rental experience I would not wish to repeat.The guest booked on the 20th Oct and by the 31st tried cancelling" due to a family issue". On the 1st of Nov they tried cancelling again because "they fly free on standby and needed an extra night " I replied twice that day and was told several days later that I had failed to reply ,I pointed out that the replies were there in the Homeaway thread. No sooner had they arrived than I received an email saying just "kitchen wall crayons ?" And a couple of jpegs showing a mark on a wall. I informed them to contact management if they had any issues , I received an email back saying that management were not interested in my property and management said they had never heard from them ! The guest then sent a jpeg they had taken of the resort receptionist when they arrived.When I pointed out that she was nothing to do with management I received an email accusing me of yelling at them (by email ?) and that they did not want management going near them. They were late checking out and management sent a timed photo of their vehicle which was old and had tags for their home state ,odd if you fly free on standby ! I later received emails saying the villa was uncomfortable and hot , I replied that I would investigate as all the heating and cooling was online. I now have the online heating report for Dec. and what a surprise, it shows that instead of having the cooling on they had in fact put the controls to heat. Air conditioning was running for 153 hours less than Nov and heating had gone from 0 in Nov to 24 hrs in Dec. As to comments about " more luxurious villas" that is just being petulant and without merit especially as homeaway show them as being members since 2015 and only having one previous rental and like me the owner did not give them a rating.

So pleased we chose this villa, from very first contact Patrick the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Perfect location for all theme parks, with plenty of options for groceries near by. Suited our group of 7 perfectly (4 adults, 3 kids). Will definitely book again if we go back to Florida, can't recommend highly enough.

The home is lovely. We vacationed for our Christmas. Very few problems during our stay.

I brought my family to enjoy a warm holiday. My daughter, son, his wife & 2 grandsons. The home is very comfortable. Housekeeping could improve considering the price. I'd advise anyone to verify the check out time. Ours was 11am housekeeping was knocking on the door before 10am. Repeatedly kept coming back despite showing them the checkout time on my reservation was 11. Not to mention we were up very late cleaning everything spotless. The only thing they needed to do was wash the bedding in the 3 bedrooms we used. We even vacuumed the floors. They were relentless asking to come in to clean around us. I obliged since we couldn't even get our vehicle packed for them knocking on the door. They were pleasantly surprised on entry kept looking around. There wasn't anything to clean so they started washing the bedding while a guy started spraying the pool area which we had done the evening before. There was literally nothing for them to do but the bedding. One morning there were muddy footprints where the pool cleaner had came in and out. Of course I cleaned and sprayed it all out. I got the highchair out for my 1year old grandson there was food stuck all over it and in the seat. Scrubbed it down before he used it and again before I put it up. The rules are very strict about the trash and the bags & color of bags. The neighbors across the street shoved trash in overfilling our can and used the wrong color trash bags not even tied. They did the same to our recycling can. Theirs was open it was so full. The rules said the lids must close. Idky they didn't go to trash compactor but sure hoped they didn't think it was us. Since I had only 1 bag in the garbage can went out late to put in another and found they had filled it to the top. Requested a Disney themed bedding room for my grandsons and was notified just before arrival the boys bedding had been stolen and not replaced yet and all they had was girl bedding. Not a big deal. It's pretty clear if you want your deposit back you have to clean the house. I wouldn't pay anyone $100 to wash some sheets. I paid for the pool to be heated, little did I know the heat would only be turned on for 8 eight hours in the daytime. We wanted the heat on evenings & night. Since we took my grandsons to Disney in the DAY as well as went on a deep sea fishing charter in the DAY. We were packing the fridge last for a 12 hour drive. So aggravated by the cleaners, we forgot the last 3 expensive items. We made the best of it.

Thank you for your review. I think a few things need clarifying. Firstly there was an error on the homeaway site with regard to check out ,it should have been 10am which is our standard check out time and this has now been amended so apologies for that. As the cleaners are on a tight schedule they were understandably worried. How can you say it was made clear you had to do the cleaning when you had the cleaners on the doorstep ! Also they inform me that not only did you do no cleaning you also did not vacate the property until 11.30. With regard to the "expensive " items you did not leave anything of value in the villa. The strict rules over recycling are imposed by the County and the Home Owners Association not by me. The trash in the bins was left by the people who moved out the day you moved in, not by the neighbours.I do not understand why you thought you had to clean everything this is not correct , that is what the cleaning charge is for and that is standard for all management companies. with regard to the pool heat the timing has never caused a problem before as the heat is retained and suitable for late night swimming , however it was the coldest winter for 30 yrs and we would have gladly run it for longer if you had brought this to our attention. The heating has now been adjusted to run until late in the evening.

Its close proximity to I-4 means easy access to either east coast (Daytona beach, space centre)or west coast (Tampa bay , St Petersburg )
