This exceptional condo offers spacious gulf-front accommodations for up to six people in the heart of Panama City Beach! Located on the 8th floor, your vacation rental boasts thoughtfully selected appointments throughout!
The master suite features a comfy king size bed and an en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is also a bunk bed area tucked away in the hallway - a door effectively makes this a two bedroom condo. The bunk room also comes with adjoining full bathroom and stand-up shower. If required, the living room sofa offers a pull-out full size sleeper to bring the total sleeping room up to six people.
The open plan living room/kitchen and dining area is the heart and soul of the condo where you can relax and kick back after a day of beach fun. This is a true home away from home – the kitchen features expansive granite countertops and boasts all stainless major appliances – along with everything you need for cooking and preparing meals.
A small dining table for two plus a breakfast bar with seating for four provides space for meals and snacks. The comfy living area offers plenty of seating to enjoy a movie or game night. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer located in the condo and high-speed internet access available throughout.
The private balcony is the real show stopper thanks to its jaw-dropping gulf and pool vistas. Soak up the sun, enjoy a glass of wine at sunset or a morning coffee – this is Florida vacation style at its finest!

We offer direct access to your unit, so no waiting in long check-in lines! The condo is also situated on the 8th floor, which makes it possible to use the stairs and skip the elevators during busy season if necessary.

*Amenities are not included! Guest must pay a 1-time fee of $75 upon arrival for parking permit and wristbands.

This amount is not considered as part of your total, but due prior to arrival. This amount will be refunded once unit has been cleared of any damage.
*Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.

*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.
