The resort itself offers numerous amenities including a large seasonally heated beachfront pool, a state of the art fitness center, a beachfront hot tub and gazebos, a picnic area with grills, a covered parking garage, onsite dining, meeting space and more. Venture off property and you'll find dining, shopping and attractions just minutes away.

This two bedroom beachfront condo with bunks is perfect for families hoping to find treasures of their own on the sugar-white sand. The comfortable condo sleeps eight thanks to a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, bunk beds in a cozy cubby and a queen sleeper sofa. There's plenty of room to spread out in the expansive living room that features brand-new furnishings, a flat screen TV and all the comforts of home. A fully-equipped kitchen allows you to save by dining in before you head out.

Girls Getaway

Great condo overall! Nice balcony view…everything was clean when we arrived. It was a little further away from main attractions, which was fine with us. It took a little longer to travel to main attractions only because of traffic. Private beach access was wonderful. Huge pool area with plenty of chairs and space to lay out. Would definitely return!!

Absolute relaxation

Check in was simple, even got to resort early and used pool and beach access until room was ready. Walking distance to shops and food. Also a short trip to St. Andrews State Park which is a hidden gem. Family of 5 all loved it.

I loved this property! Beautifully furnished and very comfortable! Easy to park, unload and access. Close to Schooners and Scampi’s so a great meal just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Amazing place

Love it and will be back! Condo and property was clean! Would only request that more beach chairs were available as we couldn’t get one! The view was perfect on the the top floor!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were really dusty and dirty. I vacuumed as soon as we arrived. The shower frame in the master bath is detached from the shower.

The condo wasn’t as nice as the pictures made it seem, but we loved the open space, the view, and the little extras that make a difference- dishwasher pods, soap, lotion, and shampoo and conditioner. We would definitely book it again!

Condo was clean and updated. Great view from the 23rd floor! Treasure Island is a great location! Kitchen could use some new pots and pans and baking sheets and knives. All and all great place though. Would definitely come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering, the rental was clean and as the photos depicted. Upon sitting on the couch, we noticed that it was very worn out and we could feel the “guts” of the couch as we sat down. The beds were very noisy. Anytime I moved during the night, the sound was so loud of squeezing, I woke my husband up. We loved the chairs in the living area! They were super comfy. We would love to stay in this unit again if the bed and couch were updated. The inside of the dryer was also very rusted. All in all, we enjoyed our time in 2309 as we love treasure island and it is the only place we will stay while in PCB.

Spectacular Little Condo

First and foremost, let me start by saying this, we loved the condo and the property itself. Great location, amazing views and perfect access to restaurants and activities. Unfortunately, not all aspects of our trip was perfect. The check in process is confusing, but overall pretty easy, this is a small gripe. Onto the larger more concrete issues we had. The first critique is the couch and chair in the living space. Both of these items are outdated, grungy, faded and not really comfortable at all. Secondly, the bedding, specifically the comforters in both bedrooms need to be replaced, they are lumpy and way to light. Would not be an issue however, the extra blankets available had such a horrible stench that we had to wash them before we used them. Lastly my largest complaint is two parts. One, the TVs are horrendous. The main TV isn't bad but it's old and the smart functionality did not work, I'll get into that in a moment. The bedroom televisions are a joke, the master bedroom TV is a flatscreen but with SD cable, and the extra bedroom TV is a joke it's so small, they might as well not even have one in there. Now, back to the smart functionality of the living room TV. Not a big deal as I resolved the problem by purchasing a Roku at the local Walmart. However, the problem was still not completely resolved because the wifi is so horrible I had to use my mobile hotspot to connect the streaming device. I will admit, I am a wifi snob and at minimum expect a rental that is as nice as this one, located on a property as nice as Treasure Island, to have reliable, moderately speedy and secure wifi for guests. With all that said, and following my very nuanced complaints, I will say that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Assuming only a couple of these issues are resolved, I would most definitely rent this property again.
