Cleanliness could be better

The on site staff were wonderful. The condo’s location was perfect for our visit. The unit itself was not very clean upon checking in. The smell of the unit we rented was rather unpleasant. My wife and I took the time to clean the facility. The furniture is stained and very beat up which we anticipated to some degree for a busy rental but had hoped for a cleaner first impression

Worst bed ive ever step in

The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the couch the rest of the week after the 1st night. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. There were not any. The elevator was broke also the majority of the time

Washing machine

The washing machine was not working properly. It would never really spin and get the water out of the clothes. Other than that there were no problems.

The property location is excellent; right on the beach. Our actual unit in Phoenix 1 needed a renovation. The kitchen could do with updated countertops, cabinetry and appliances and the positioning of the dishwasher is a bad design as when it opens the door bangs into a kitchen cabinet. The bathroom needs updated counters, sink, toilet and shower and also has a terrible design where the doors open and bang into one another. The bed was lumpy and gave us a back ache and the closet was small. The furniture throughout could be updated and there needs to be an extra lounge chair outside on the balcony.

My husband and two girls, nine and six years old, were located on the seventh floor of Phoenix, one. The condo was as advertised. Clean and a prompt maintenance response due to a leaky kitchen sink. Kitchen has dishes and silverware, terrible pots, and pans that everything stuck to! You will need to bring all of your own food as nothing is left behind. Even salt and pepper! You are able to rent beach chairs and umbrella, wish this was advertised as we purchased chairs of our own. Overall, our family very much enjoyed our stay.

Needs improvement

Toilet was stopped up when we arrived and couldn’t be flushed. There was no comforter on the bed which was very weird and the two extra blankets in closet were very thin and not warm enough for couch bed or master. The couch and chairs in living room felt very dirty and scummy, did not even want to sit on them or put kids on them. This would be a nice condo if it were updated and cleaned appropriately. Disappointed to find out after booking that parking pass wasn’t included in the booking and had to be purchased separately, should be noted on listing.
