The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to prepare a delicious meal.
The bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are also supplied for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building but the world’s largest fountains and mall.
Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads, and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner watching the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed-use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest bus stop, Burj View Central Tower 1, is just a 5-minute walk.

Marina Walk is just 20 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
