Nice trip

The location was perfect, and check in was a breeze. There was a horrid smell coming from the master bathroom sink, and some of thebsheets and towels looked like they'd been washed with something pink or red, but all was clean.

Great for couples

We needed somewhere with 2 big beds, this was perfect, 1 queen, 1 king, each with a bath. Kitchen had all we needed. We played games at table each evening, perfect for 2 couples. Enough privacy and room!

Comfy cozy beach fun

Comfortable and cozy for the three of us. Convenient location, even though the place was crowded the elevators were never a wait or problem. Super Comfortable beds. Beach was perfection. Sad the hot tubs weren't available for use. Nice that the amenities are shared between Phoenix 1 2 & 3. Would definitely stay again!

Everyone was very helpful and everywhere you looked there was an employee if you needed something. Our condo was much smaller than it appeared on the listing. We enjoyed our stay anyway. Thank you.

Wouldn’t stay again

It’s much smaller than the pictures make it look, there was blood on the bathroom wall and multiple things were broken including our bedroom door wouldn’t lock. Price was too high considering all of this.

The only problem we had was getting the TV fixed in the living room. Had to request maintenance several times before it was addressed

Someone was smoking tobacco in the balcony below and to the left of us and someone was smoking pot below and to the right of us best I could tell. I said something to a few of the staff and was told to tel security of course I didn’t have their number so I couldn’t tell. It made me Sick as I am allergic to cigarette smoke. Also both toilets would continue to run if not toyed with after a flush, very annoying to tell staff and have NO One come And fix.

They didn't clean very well & had lots of chores for guests to do

The unit was sandy and dusty plus the rugs in the primary bedroom were sticky and sandy when we arrived. It was apparent that this was a very quick cleaning job which we found surprising because of the steep cleaning fee they charged. The ceiling fans hadn't been wiped off in a long time, the refrigerator has a thick layer of dirt on top of it and the ceilings themselves had cobwebs hanging all over the unit. We were also very surprised at what was not included in the price: we only received a "starter kit" of supplies. So, for an entire week they gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper (one per bathroom), a small roll of paper towels, one dishwasher tab and two trash bags. In their communications the management company said more could be purchased but when we inquired about getting more the front desk said they didn't have anything. Note that this small "starter kit" does not include any other dish soap, laundry detergent or kleenex. We were also very surprised that they still had their guests doing a list of chores prior to checking out. This chore list was somewhat extensive and changed depending on what list we were looking at (emailed, given to us at check in, posted on the fridge or talking to the front desk). It was actually quite stressful because we had an early flight out in the morning, so we had to get up extra early to make sure all our chores were completed. With all the extra work they told us was required in addition to the large cleaning fee, the lack of basic supplies provided and the dusty, sandy, sticky condo, really put a damper on our vacation.

Hi Mike, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the unit you stayed at. It sounds like the cleaning job was not up to your standards and there were several areas that were not properly cleaned, which is definitely frustrating. The confirmation email that was sent provided the important information about items you would need to bring with you or purchase while you were here. As for the list of chores, I can understand how it would be stressful and inconvenient to have to complete them before checking out, especially with an early flight to catch. It's important for management companies to be transparent about any additional tasks required of guests before they depart. This information was given when check-in paperwork was completed. I will be sure to give your concerns to the Management Team so that someone can reach out to you about your concerns. It's important to communicate your concerns with the management company and provide specific examples of the issues you encountered during your stay. This will allow them to take appropriate actions to rectify the situation and ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience. Nice place

Nice place. Great view from the balcony. Only complaint is the internet service is horrible. Phoenix I needs more elevators and the service to the elevators was six months past due.

Great get-away....I'll definitely return

I was very pleased with the location, the accommodations, and the amenities. Everything was clean and well maintained. I needed more time to actually enjoy it all. The only issues we had were related to COVID and the availability of restaurants.

Wonderful time in Orange Beach...

The condo was very nice and clean. The property is very well maintained and the staff very friendly. This was our 2nd year staying at the Phoenix and will come again... I love the area.
