Overall great experience!

Very convenient location & check in process. Great view of the ocean!! Would’ve liked some better kitchen equipment & thicker blankets. Some of the outlets were loose, so you had to find one that worked. Also the curtain in the living room only closes half way, so the person sleeping in the living room doesn’t get the best sleep in the mornings. Overall a very good experience!

The room wasn’t as big as we thought it would be. Ice maker broken, no batteries in one remote and long wait to get some. The beach was nice and the pool was nice. Very noisy in front bedroom from work on elevator!!

Short beach trip

Locations was great. A couple of issues we had: The master bedroom TV did not work, so we notified the desk the first day and it never got fixed. There were several electric plugs that did not work and we had to go around to find areas to plug in things. There was a leak under the kitchen sink that we had to soak up water with the towels, wash and dry them and do it again. Just some issues but for the price we paid for the short week I kinda expected a little more. Beach and location was great. I would use this property again.

Thought it would be a lot nicer for price

It was ok. This was our 3rd time staying in orange beach and we fell in love with it. We saw so many Phoenix hotels we decided to stay this time at one of them. Thought for the price and the pictures it would be nicer. There was black mold in the first bathroom around the vents on the ceiling, and the ceiling in the living room. Looks like a water leak from above and black mold growing. The master bath ceiling was cracking and flakes falling. I was just expecting nicer due to the price I paid for 2 nights and not to mention spending an extra xtra 110 dollars for 2 parking spots. Just disappointed due to high expectations. Thank you for the stay.

Nice unit and great view!

Nice unit. We were relocated from our original unit to here. I understand there was a water leak at the reserved unit. A few items: 1. Was clean and comfortable. 2. Covered parking stall came with the unit, which was nice! 3. Unit had a physical key, not a code entry. 4. Ice maker did not fully work. 5. Garbage disposal did not work! 6. Not full functional sink drain.

Wonderful!

This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and pull out sofa. It was the PERFECT fit for my family of 5 (1 infant, 2 small children, 2 adults) and my grandparents. We went for my grandfathers 92 birthday! The balcony is on the 3rd floor, just over the splash pad, beach view. Very clean!! There were a few cosmetic issues in the 2nd bedroom, nothing major. My husband did have to fix the stove, the burners weren’t working. Also the dining room light switch had tape over it, the switch flicks off automatically. The condo is beautifully decorated. The mattresses comfortable. We love the Phoenix 1, and with this rental you have access to Phoenix 1-4 amenities. Be prepared however that parking passes are sold separately for $55 each.

Great Family Vacation Rental

The location was amazing. Beautiful ocean view with a nice size balcony. I would definitely rent this condo again. Plan on bringing bathroom and laundry essentials or pick them up at the local grocery store. The condo was clean and stocked with bath towels and linens. The washer and dryer comes in handy as the towels and linens aren’t replenished throughout the stay.
