Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the unfinished basement and the garage. Please use the front entrance for access.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property, including all rooms, bathrooms, and enclosed spaces. This policy is in place to maintain a clean, healthy environment for all guests. If smoke odor, ash, or any evidence of smoking is detected, a non-negotiable $700 deep-cleaning fee will be charged to cover professional cleaning and odor removal.
