EV Charging level 2 available on property with your stay. Bring your own vehicle specific adapter to plug into NEMA 14-50 plug. Wake up with a full battery charge and ready to explore. EV charging is located in the driveway next to the back entrance steps.


Conveniently located with easy access to shopping, restaurants, High Point University (1.8 miles), the High Point Furniture Market, and Truist Point Stadium. The home's layout is designed for a functional and welcoming flow, and proximity to the stadium means access to High Point Rockers Baseball & Carolina Core Football adjacent to Stock & Grain offering a variety of restaurants.

Clean, cozy and in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Publix and tennis courts for a quick game of pickleball or tennis.

The living room sectional pulls out to convert to a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Extra blankets stored in the chaise of the sofa. There is on-site laundry with a dedicated work space.
