Nice place to stay!

4th of July Weekend Beach Break

The experience was enjoyable. My friend (his daughter’s 7 year old & 19 year and his niece) and I really enjoyed our time at the Phoenix All Suites Property. The view of the beach was beautiful and the pool was refreshing. I would stay at this property again. The only complaint I have is that I did not get to stay longer #4thofJuly #independenceday

Nice Property

Nice property. Clean, cozy and a great view! The one downside was the trash that was put out by other rooms left a horrible smell. There should be a different placing for trash.

It’s alright.

Limited parking. Only two, very slow, elevators for a large complex. The pool is small and always crowded. Location is very central to restaurants and shopping but getting in and out in a car can be challenging during busier days. The place is nice for adults but for people with small children I would look elsewhere.

Very disatisfied

I do not recommend this location and never plan on going back. The floors in the condo needed to be mopped, the half bath smelled like urine and the elevators were slow or didn't work at all.

I am sorry you were disappointed in your stay. Although our goal is to have all condos clean and ready for guests before they check in, it sounds as if there were some issues. I would have hoped you contacted us during your stay so we could have corrected these issues. We have so many return guests that really love this location and enjoy their stay here. I wish you could have had that kind of experience.

Only one elevator worked during our stay so we had to wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator also I wish I would’ve paid more attention to realize there was no washer and dryer in the unit. The location was great next to pink pony and the hangout

Loved the closeness to the beach

Property was fine. Beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. Would have been nice to know about the pool. I booked in late January. Had we known about the pool being out of commission, I may have requested other options. Getting in and out of the property was not as accessible as I’m sure you would like. Being forced to head east and flip a U turn and similarly coming from the east, having to pass and flip another U turn....just odd.

The property was well maintained and very clean. It had everything we needed right there.

Everyone who worked here were nice and polite and extremely helpful with any questions we had. I will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend to all my friends. Had a great time. Loved it.

Excellent Location for a family on a Budget!

This is a great getaway place for a small family. We had a small window to come to the beach and this was perfect for us. We stayed on the 5th floor and right on the beach. The gulf views were amazing!. The condo was clean and neat and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We especially loved having a full-size kitchen! We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Gulf Shores.
