Excelente ubicación central con vistas, comodidades, comodidad y conveniencia. Este bien equipado apartamento de una habitación en Der Steiermark tiene todo lo que está buscando en unas vacaciones en Breckenridge. Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here. Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Management was very helpful and responsive. We loved being able to step outside and be right next to Main Street.

Last minute Breck visit

The unit is newly remodeled, clean and appointed with nice appliances. The bathroom was small but the shower was new and a good size. Good location. The condition of the building is in need of significant updating. And it was confusing to get into the building when the restaurant was closed.

The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is definitely for one person at a time, but otherwise very clean with everything working properly. The best thing is the location. Everything on Main Street is easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed morning walks down the river walk. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying at this location.

If I had two small nits, it's that: 1.) our key didn't actually work in the outer door (the one leading to the inner courtyard) so it was an issue whenever that door was locked, and 2.) it would be great to have a luggage storage space somewhere on the property for those whose flights leave a bit later than the check-out time. The property management company did let us store our bags at their office, which we appreciated, but the office is just a tad bit far from the property. Otherwise, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Great location, easy walk to the lifts. Perfect size for 2 people, more might be a little tough. Restaurant and ski rental right in building made life super easy. Will try and book again!

We rented for a week and stayed 2 hours - never opened suitcase!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summers in Colorado can be hot. The living room opened onto a very busy through street Route 9. The noise was overwhelming. Traffic both personal and commercial made it impossible to have a conversation. There was no cross ventilation. The bedroom was very small - maybe 12x12 and the picture was not included in the listing. The only air came from opening a small 18” window to a hallway and overlooking the hot tub. The noise from other guests walking by or at hot tub offered no privacy. They did bring a box fan but there was no room to use it in the bedroom. Also, the smell from the Mexican restaurant downstairs was constant. We left the property exactly as we found it and notified the host and mgmt company immediately. We are seeking a partial refund. Look closely before you book.

However, they only gave us 1 used roll of toilet paper, and when we called to see if we can get some more, they said they will get someone to call us back... they did not! So we had to go buy our own. The entire condo was super hot so it was uncomfortable to sleep at night even when adjusting the thermostat! Broken cabinets, old food on the floor.... disappointed in everything besides the location! Wish the resort management would have atleast gave us a call back! Bad communication

Perfect Mountain Get Away

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and were close enough to walk everywhere in town and still had great views.

Location, location, location

Great location, I consider it "almost slope side". Check all the boxes for necessary kitchen utensils (but could not locate a cutting board), the two humidifiers is a nice touch. This unit includes a covered parking space (I did not use, but could be a challenging uphill exit in snow. Parking in this downtown location, is often an extra daily charge to the base unit charge, so this is good value.). Unit is little worn and dated, but at this price point that ambiance can be expected. Loose handles and malfunctioning sun blind pulls could easily be addressed, hopefully before next rental season. I typically rent studios in Village 9 across the street; next ski season I will compare those price points with this unit. (A note about the WiFi -- keep it up and running, this is important! I performed two diagnostics per instructions immediately upon entering the unit and reported a malfunction. Subsequent phone conversations, texts and band aids over the next 48 hours ultimately brought in the tech who then efficiently located the problem and began the fix process.)
