Retreat Yourself and allow the peaceful easy feeling to relax you into our updated 1962 ranch house situated on 5 expansive acres under an endless sky.

Located in the remote feel of Landers, yet conveniently located 6 minutes from The Integratron & 10 minutes from local loves La Copine, and Giant Rock Meeting Room (top dining/locals bar, respectively).

Pappy & Harriets, Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley (& Vons!) all an easy 20 minutes drive away.
The space
Coming from a rich history of creatives, Sky Ranch has been a haven for artists & writers, or anyone just looking to leave the busy-ness behind and listen to one’s own musings. Wild how quick the stillness of nature stirs the senses, and the desert slow begins.

An open and airy living space/floor plan with a full kitchen including a fridge, stove, oven, toaster oven, and coffee and tea station.

The living room invites you to hang around the fireplace, enjoy one of the dvds or books, play the piano. We also have a Smart TV so you may sign into wherever your stream flows.

The bedrooms have one King and one Queen, respectively, with beautiful sunset views and shady mornings. Sunrise views are unbeatable out front of the house.

The large bathroom is fully stocked and hosts a tub, toilet, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and a couple shower heads.

Behind the house you are all set for modest al-fresco dining with an outdoor dining table, analog BBQ, and some kick back and relax chairs and tables. Sit out under the stars and soak in the quiet or have a fire in the fire pit.

Behind the property you will find miles of BLM land in every direction, as well as an incredible playground of boulders a close few minutes trek away... a great adventure from dawn til dusk, or a starlit hike with a feeling of being in your very own Joshua Tree Park. Just like in the Park, remember you are in the wild and respect/be aware of your surroundings and the creatures and geography you’re in.

Last but not least don't forget to check out the Stargazing Deck and let your eyes stretch into the 360 degree views & sky-spectacular display provided by Mother Nature, day and night.

The ranch is yours with exception of a locked shed, hall closet, and utility closet around the back of the house.
