NEW LISTING! Very spacious, 3,000 sq. ft home with 3 floors of living, surrounded by 6+ acres of woodland and big sky views and access to the members-only Quechee Club.
The property includes 3 bedrooms, all with en-suites + a 4th "pass-through room" with beds, as well as two living rooms and a game room. The main level includes +1.5 bathrooms, laundry room and a chef's kitchen.
There are 2 decks to view the property's open fields, forest, gazebo & firepit.
The home is only 1 mile from the Quechee Club (golf, skiing, tennis, pools)
Main Floor- entry way, laundry room, 1.5 baths, living room with a large sectional and seating, game room with a huge game table and shuffleboard, a stellar chef's kitchen, and entry to both side and back decks.
First Floor (walk-out basement)- second living/bonus room with an 85" tv, large natural light bedroom (King bed) with en-suite bathroom, and a slider walk-out to the back yard.
Second Floor- Primary bedroom (with walk-in closet and en-suite bath and King bed), 2nd bedroom with en-suite bath (2 queen beds), and a "walk-through" room that acts as a third living room, office, or additional bedroom (twin daybed with trundle).
The property is 6.5 acres including a large open field in the front providing for big sky views and incredible star gazing, as well as 3 acres of forest to explore. The property abuts the Quechee greenspace which is open for you to hike and explore as well.

We live in New Hampshire and love New England after moving back here from being in DC then Arizona for 8 year each. We love Vermont, its year-round beauty along with the amenities of the Quechee Club and want to share that amazing experience with others!
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
This property is located a quick bike/walk/golf cart ride to the Quechee Club, while also being surrounded by open meadows and beautiful woods on the 6+ acre property that abuts a protected green space. Beyond the green space is a brook we've deemed "Fresca Brook" that feeds into McQuaid which you'll see on the 12th and 17th holes of the Highlands course (one of two championship courses at Quechee Club). This is not the condo that most people rent when visiting, this is a full house meant to entertain and comfortably relax after visiting the beautiful nature and attractions in central Vermont.
