Ven y quédate en el paraíso. Esta espaciosa porción de paraíso de casi 4,000 pies cuadrados se encuentra en un enclave aislado de la codiciada comunidad privada de PGA West en la hermosa La Quinta, California. LQ175 está perfectamente situado en el campo de golf Jack Nicklaus Tournament en el segundo hoyo. Con toques de diseño, electrónica de última generación y una cocina completamente equipada, esta casa prepara el escenario para unas espectaculares vacaciones en el desierto en un ambiente elegante pero confortable.

Un patio privado cerrado con chimenea te saluda, el primer vistazo al lujo que te espera. La sala de estar del animador cuenta con ventanas "wow" de piso a techo, techos altos, una hermosa chimenea, amplios asientos, barra de bar y espectaculares vistas del asombroso paisaje. La cocina de un gran chef incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, una isla con cubierta de granito y una guarida más pequeña a un lado. El comedor formal lo invita a disfrutar de cenas memorables y cenas románticas para dos. La suite principal de diseño cuenta con una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana de 55 ", bañera y dos vestidores. Hay un dormitorio adjunto con entrada por el patio y el baño principal. Esta habitación "niñera" ofrece una cama king size y un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "con baño compartido con el maestro. La primera suite de invitados cuenta con una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana de 42 "y baño privado. También hay una casita adjunta que cuenta con una cama king size, baño privado y una mini sala de estar con un sofá seccional y un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 ". Un tocador adicional y una lavandería completan las áreas de estar. Y nuestra buena selección de juegos, DVD, CD y libros le permiten relajarse, relajarse y disfrutar.

Great Location, comfortable but tired.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this home provided us with a nice, relaxing desert Spring/Easter break stay. Its in a great location in PGA had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and were comforatable. But I have to say that the house seems tired and in need of a refresher. It's clear that this is well used, often rented property. It shows its wear. The cleanliness was only fair. The dog hair was thick and noticable. The outdoor patio and furniture was stained and trash was all over the patio from the previous renters. The management company appologized and sent someone to clean it right away. The dishwasher seems to be broken and didn't clean the dishes so we ended up handwashing them. The trash cans were already full when we arrived so by the end of the stay they were overflowing.I rent in La Qunita every spring for a week or two and if this were better maintained,refreshed and clean I would consider renting again or reccomending it.

Awful Experience and Dirty Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I worked with Royale Vacation Rentals for a corporate event hosting Clients and unfortunately was extremely disappointed in the terrible service they provided. The house was dirty with broken curtains. The company was slow to respond, while being rude at the same time. They were extremely rude about day guests coming to the property, while we rented a house in the same neighborhood from someone else and had a much more positive experience. Additionally, it's been over a month and they have yet to send any note back on a $3,000 refundable damage deposit. Do yourself a favor and rent directly from owners vs. going through this company.

Reviewer Comments: The location of the home is fantastic as is the floor plan if you are traveling with another family. Sadly, I spent the first few hours of my stay washing dishes. Every plate, glass or utensil we pulled out to use was dirty. Every drawer we opened had food particles and debris in them. The home was over all, in bad repair. Curtains were falling apart and two shelves in the fridge were cracked so bad we couldn't store food in them. We ended up checking out a day early. The management company gave us a 10% refund, which was a nice gesture, but not enough to make up for the inconvenience.

We apologize you did not enjoy your time in the desert. We refunded your cleaning fee and gave you 10% off your vacation due to the cleaning not being up to par and the small maintenance items that needed attention. We have since then fixed the issues, we hope we have another chance to show you of the improvements we have made.

Wonderful house in great location!

The pool area overlooking the golf course feels like a private resort and is very quiet. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and never left the house!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first time doing a 'rental', as we usually stay in a hotel. The home provided a nice way for four couples to relax while not at the tennis tournament. The only thing I think the description should note is that while there are four beds and four bathrooms, two of those are connected without a wall, so there is a lack of privacy and only one shower for two couples. For us, it worked out fine as two couples really knew each other well. However, for other couples this might present an issue. None of the three existing coffee pots worked and Royale Vacations immediately brought another one to the location to help us out. That was very much appreciated.
