Nice little studio

This conveniently located to everything in Clearwater and Dunedin was a great place to stay. Comfy bed, the best shower pressure ever, and furnished nicely. I did not use but good to have access to washer and dryer. Parking was off street too which I appreciated. Communication with the owner was easy and answered promptly. Would stay there again. Debbie

Incredible home away from home

My fiancé and I had a sudden relocation from the Northeast to Florida. I reached out to Fred for a 20 day stay while we figured out something more permanent and we couldn’t be happier with the hospitality and assistance he provided. He was very helpful with us coming in late after a 26 hour drive and super flexible with our needs. The efficiency was fully equipped with everything we needed and the neighbors were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Fred went above and beyond with assisting us and the location was a perfect short drive from downtown Clearwater and the beaches. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Home was nice size and furnished well. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Plenty of towels available in bathroom. Mike is very nice and able to assist with getting around the area. Thank you for sharing this home with me.

Owner saved us after getting robbed. Great property.

Where to start. My girlfriend and I had an amazing trip near clearwater, halfway through our vacation though we unfortunately where robbed at the beach, we were stuck without our car keys, phones or even shoes. Fred, the owner, got up in the middle of the night around 1 am and met with a total stranger that called him from my phone to come get our stuff. Without him we would've been stuck in Florida, hundreds of miles away from home without any money, he got our keys and our phones and saved us. The property itself was clean and tidy and Fred even showed us around the property.

Studio in Clearwater

It was a good place for us to stay at to explore Tampa/Clearwater area. Clean. Basic but had what we needed. We recommend improving parking by removing some fence and paving a spot. Also utility room had a funky odor.

Great stay

Fred had everything a traveller needs. I had a very comfortable stay at his location. If you are a complete non-smoker this may not be the best property for you - there’s a little leftover smoke smell- but otherwise this rental is great, and Fred does everything he can to help. There are 2 other units on the premises rented full time, and everyone is very nice. Thanks, Fred!

A Perfect Fit

My stay was absolutely perfect for my dog and me. The apartment was minutes away from the beach and only a block from my favorite grocery store!! Fred is a great owner. He made sure I had everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better, more convenient and reasonably priced place to stay.

Excellent experience

Fred went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His place is nice, clean, and I'd definitely stay here again if I'm visiting the area. The kitchen is lacking in utensils but there is enough to get by. If you're a chef, you probably won't be happy, but otherwise you will be ok cooking simple meals. I place priority in customer service and Fred excelled at that. Fred, thank you for a pleasant stay.

The Studio was real nice and adorable. It had all of the conveniences of home. It was all my wife, dog and I needed. Fred, the owner, was real nice. He even baby set my dog so my wife and I could go the the State Fair one day. Would stay again. Rodger

Centrally Located Clearwater Retreat

We stayed at Fred’s place for a month with our 2 small dogs while house hunting in the area. It is centrally located to beaches, fishing, a great variety of restaurants, and a wonderful dog park. Off street parking was available for our 2 vehicles. The kitchen was well organized for a small space with a nice set of pans, dishes, and everything needed for cooking, which we did a lot of! (Ah, the fresh seafood!!) It is tastefully decorated with very a comfortable bed and sofa, a charming breakfast nook and big screen TV. A small fenced patio was a great place to eat outside after a busy day of house hunting. It is a quiet neighborhood that I felt safe walking with the dogs down to a Community Garden at the end of the block. Laundry is available on site. Fred is very amiable and helpful. We highly recommend this rental to those looking to be centrally located to the variety of activities this area has to offer.
