Loving couple nearing our empty nest phase of life. We've been in this home for 12 years and absolutely love the peace, wildlife, timber, watching the sailboats on the lake, and hosting events in the red barn (ask us for more information.) We still live in this home which will be professionally cleaned in preparation for your arrival. Please note certain closets and the basement will be locked with our personal items. Thank you for your understanding.

We moved here for the space we were seeking when our kids were little. We wanted them to play outside without neighbors, ride bikes, play in the dirt, and explore the timber. Tony loves the mature trees, open spaces, turkey and deer. Anna loves the bright open home with large windows, view of the lake and the owls. Close to local wineries in Ozawkie and Lecompton, lovely Mass Street in Lawrence, or shopping and professional sports in Kansas City. We love this beautiful property and being able to share it.

Spend the morning sipping your coffee or tea and listening to the birds, watching the sun come up. Head to Perry Lake; a three-minute drive to the water for all your favorite water activities. Enjoy the evening at one of the local wineries, with live music on Saturday nights seasonally. Or spend the day browsing all the shops on Mass Street in Lawrence or outlet shopping in Kansas City. Come home to bright stars and, most evenings, the owls!
