The Space:

Crisp winter air greets you as you arrive at a secluded 120‑acre forest retreat, where quiet trails wind through towering trees and the soft glow of a fire pit lights the night sky. Mornings unfold with gentle light spilling over open fields, inviting you to breathe deeply and linger awhile. Evenings settle around the massive wood‑burning fire pit, the scent of pine mingling with the crackle of flames as stars appear overhead. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or simply seeking a peaceful escape, the expansive private campground offers room to gather, explore, and unwind.



Sleeping arrangements

- Three tiny homes, each with a bedroom, loft, and pull‑out sofa bed.

- An original cabin featuring two bedrooms and a full‑size laundry room.

- Five RV sites with full hookups for additional guests.

- Tent camping space available for larger groups.

Bed linens are provided for the beds in the cabins only. The property sleeps 16+ guests across 11 bedrooms and 14 beds, complemented by 5.5 baths.



Outdoor living

- Fifteen miles of biking, horseback, and hiking trails weave through wooded terrain.

- Two stocked ponds offer tranquil spots for fishing or quiet reflection.

- A massive outdoor wood‑burning fire pit becomes a natural gathering hub on cold nights.

- A pavilion houses an outdoor living room with a gas fire table, grills, and a dining area for shared meals.



Kitchen & dining

A well‑equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, mini fridge, freezer, and coffee maker. Cooking basics and dining essentials are supplied, and a large dining table invites communal meals.



Comfort & convenience

Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi‑Fi, and a dedicated workspace support both short visits and longer stays. A washer and dryer, clothing storage, hangers, and an iron add everyday ease. Family‑friendly amenities such as a pack‑n‑play and high chair are available. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit. The property is pet‑friendly, smoking is allowed, and self‑check‑in is provided through a smart lock.

Located in Spencer, Tennessee, the retreat is a short drive from Fall Creek Falls State Park, Ozone Falls, Cummins Falls, Lost Creek Falls, and Scott’s Gulf Wilderness State Park. Seasonal scenery transforms nearby trails and waterfalls, offering winter views and quiet overlooks during this time of year.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the 400 acres of this property excluding select owners closets.

If you will have more than a total of 31 persons in your reservation, please reach out to us prior to making your reservation and advise on the total number for your event.



All vehicles, including off road vehicles must remain on the gravel roads at this property. You are responsible for any destruction of our trails caused by on or off-road vehicles.

We are available by app messenger from 8am through 10pm daily.
