Renting this campground will include 400 private acres of space for your gathering. For on site lodging, it will include the following:



- 3 Tiny Homes - 1 bedroom plus a loft and pull out sofa bed - Sleeps 8 in each

- 1 Original cabin - 2 bedrooms - 1.5 Bathrooms and full size laundry room - Sleeps 7

- 5 RV sites with full hookups (50 Amp service, water and sewer)

- A nearly unlimited amount of tent camping space

1 large gathering pavilion

- Outdoor kitchen with 2 grills

- 1 Full bathroom with shower

- 6 Tables

- Outdoor living Room with gas fire table and 75" TV

Motorized vehicles

* Golf carts and other similar electric vehicles are allowed on the trails at this property.

* Please note that public ATV trails are near by but off-road vehicles are not permitted on our trails to prevent damage to them



You are welcome to bring your own entertainment to this property as well. Enjoy all of the space this private 400 acre campground has to offer!



Pricing varies by the number of guests that will be attending your event. The nightly rate that you see will include up to 31 guests. There is an additional nightly fee for each guest for groups exceeding 31 guests. We have hosted events of up to 170 guests at this property when tent camping space is utilized.



Before booking this property, please reach out to us and explain your intended use of the property and the total number of guests that you will have.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the 400 acres of this property excluding select owners closets.



Other Things to Note:

If you will have more than a total of 31 persons in your reservation, please reach out to us prior to making your reservation and advise on the total number for your event.



All vehicles, including off road vehicles must remain on the gravel roads at this property. You are responsible for any destruction of our trails caused by on or off-road vehicles.
