Discover the epitome of coastal living at Manatee Dreams, a newly unveiled 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom pool haven in the heart of the eco-conscious Hunter's Point community that sleeps up to 9 guests. Immerse yourself in the tranquil allure of the saltwater canal with views from two balconies. Savor your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching boats pass by or possibly catching glimpses of playful dolphins and manatees. Cool off in the refreshing backyard pool which offers views of the canal below. This retreat promises a harmonious blend of luxury and beach retreat into one location.

When walking into the property you will notice that the first floor consists of a garage and an entryway that also has access to a private pool deck area in the back. Upstairs, on the second floor, you will find the main living space that opens to blend the kitchen, dining room, living room, and two of the balconies all together. On the third floor, you will find all 3 of the bedrooms and both full bathrooms as well as a private balcony tied to the primary suite and third bedroom. Elevator access is available to transport to any of the floors for easy accessibility.

Located on the main floor this chef-inspired kitchen offers a large island, a cooktop, upgraded appliances, and a Keurig. The dining room sits directly next to the kitchen and accommodates a table for 6 while the kitchen island offers seating for 2 more. Just off the dining room, you will find the family room with a Smart TV which boasts the view outside and seamlessly blends with the balcony via the sliding glass doors. For convenience, there is also a half bath on this level.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? Unwind in the thoughtfully designed primary bedroom, boasting a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private water-view balcony for the ultimate in relaxation and privacy. The secondary bedroom features another King-sized bed with a private balcony overlooking the front of the home, while the third bedroom offers a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed with a twin trundle. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom. You also have access to the washer and dryer on this level.

The garage is 7ft tall and 11.5ft wide to fit most boat trailers for storage. Boats allowed up to 26ft long. The community was designed as a boating community and garages made specifically for trailers, outdoor parking of trailers is not allowed. Parking a boat trailer on the street or in the parking lot may have the trailer towed by the HOA. *Current presence of about 15 Manatees in the mangroves that are being monitored by FWC*

*Pets allowed with a $100 fee per pet with prior approval. Number of pets limited based on owner preference. No aggressive breeds allowed per insurance. Inquire for more info.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was new, beautiful, comfortable, and close to great restaurants and beaches. The property management company was great. They checked on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Place was in great location to everything. Elevator helped my senior citizen parents as they can’t do stairs.

Overall the place looked nice. As we checked in, it was very warm in house. The air was not working properly. As the day went on we couldn't get lights, ceiling fans to work. I had to call after hour number. Half the power was out in house. I had to reset breaker. Every day the lights were surging. After second call to after hours number we had to reset breakers again. They told me to leave door open to control room so i could keep resetting breakers. This was a daily thing. We had a ant problem in kitchen. Should have know by the ant spray under sink. The heated pool was a upcharge fee. Which we never got it heated to the temperature they said it would stay at. This was due to the power continuous going out. But they were sure to still charge me for that.

We regret the difficulties with the air conditioning and electrical system, including the breaker trips and power fluctuations you described. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand how disruptive this would have been. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team so the electrical system and AC can be thoroughly inspected and addressed. We are also sorry to hear about the ants in the kitchen and will ensure the home receives additional pest treatment and inspection. Regarding the pool heating, we understand your frustration and are reviewing the situation in light of the electrical issues you encountered, as this would have impacted performance.
