Welcome to your perfect home away from home! This freshly updated getaway offers the ideal space to unwind after exploring nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Designed with small families and couples in mind, our centrally located home blends comfort, convenience, and a laid-back Florida vibe. We welcome children! Accommodating up to 6–8 guests, the home features a cozy queen bed in every bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, plus complimentary toiletries to make packing easier. Step outside to a spacious backyard complete with a grill—perfect for laid-back meals with loved ones. After a day of adventure, sink into plush beds with soft linens for a restful night’s sleep. **LAUNDRY** A little saltwater on your clothes is bound to happen, so we have a Washer and Dryer ready for all your laundry needs.

**KITCHEN & DINING** This modern kitchen features all appliances and tools needed for full meal preparation. The kitchen has granite countertops and ample cabinet space holds dishes for your whole crew. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, and glasses. 

**OUTDOOR SPACE** Enjoy the beautiful Florida sun on the screened front porch where you can wind down with a sunset cocktail for the perfect end to a fun-filled day. ✔ BBQ Grill

**ESSENTIALS** The entire home is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, so you will always be cool and connected. The laundry room contains beach chairs, umbrella, and a Beach cooler. We make it easy to just relax with your toes in the sand or be active in the water. Keep an eye out for the wildlife! You can often see dolphins playing in the ocean, especially during dusk and dawn. During the winter months, bird watching is almost hard not to do. During the summer, you might be able to see turtles laying eggs at night (just make sure not to disturb or frighten them!)

**GUEST ACCESS** The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
