Very comfortable, pet friendly 3/2 private home with a large 2 car garage, brand new furniture, mattresses, linens and more. This house is located in a hidden gem of a neighborhood. Extremely safe and quite. This home is also very close to our beautiful beaches, Florida Institute of Technology, boats ramps for the Intercostal waterway and banana river , golf courses, minutes from Downtown Melbourne and much more.


This is a brand new listing with new furniture, linens, mattresses, coffee bar and more. 3/2 home with large 2 car garage and game room. Beautiful African Zebra wood throughout the main part of the house with ceramic tile in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We are a pet friendly house with a large fenced in back yard and an empty 2 car garage. Numerous smart TV’s through the house with Netflix, local cable spectrum app, other apps and Excellent WiFi. Melbourne has a few Walmart’s, Publix’s and Dollar General’s all very close by. Many restaurants and bars are very close by the house as well. .

Everything was as described. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, shopping and downtown Melbourne. It was easy to communicate with Brock and he responded quickly to messages. Would stay here again.

The house was clean and very comfortable. The beds are firm but that was fine with us, I like a firm bed. The couch is the most comfortable couch in the whole world. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, Cozy House

We enjoyed our stay. Just me and my husband and our 2 yorkies. Backyard was enjoyable. House was clean and very comfortable. Location was convenient and the neighborhood was very quiet. We would rent again. Loved the couch and beams in the kitchen/family room. The house was very nicely decorated.

Yes the kitchen was very nice but the toaster was not user friendly and the multi level floors made for a serious trip hazard for seniors. Most of us tripped at least once on the multi levels. The backyard could use a bit of an up lift for people to go out and enjoy the backyard especially when the weather is nice. Need to leave more toilet paper especially for 5 adults and 4 were women. No dish washer soap or plunger for the toilet which was a big issue but the host did remedy that as quickly as possible. Thank you Brock! Also the plants by the front door need to be pruned back because they were a trip hazard as well! Host was very responsive to our needs!! Great yard for pets!! Lots of holes and trip hazards in the yard as well.

Perfect for a large family

The house was in a nice neighborhood and central in town. Close enough to our family and the beach. Loved the enormous couch, ping ping table, and darts. Kept the kids busy so we should get a little break. They had extra blankets, pillows and towels in the closets. We would definitely stay here again. PS...we need to know where we can buy this counch for our house lol.

nice safe neighborhood,nice layout of house for a group,beds were comfy,,plenty of towels+supplies.I wasn't impressed by the dishwasher,ended up washing by hand.The owner should update his desc of place,where he said he could provide fresh food,,for it was never offered.Other then that,it was a good stay.

Hi Maxine. Thank you for the nice comments about how the house was all stocked up, the spacious layout, the comfy beds and it’s always a bonus feeling safe in the neighborhood. Now onto those complaints lol… I wish you would have mentioned something about the dishwasher not working during your stay, I would have repaired or replace it with a quickness. I also had no idea you were interested in having me stock the refrigerator with my local farms products. Usually the guest mention something about this and then we would inform them all about the extra service we offer. Either way, I’m glad you had a nice stay. Safe travels

Great Rental

We stayed at this rental from March 1 til March 31, 2024. The house was very nice and had every thing we needed. Brock was very welcoming and willing to help with any question that we had. There was a problem with the dishwasher that I informed him about and within a few days he had a new one installed. That's great customer service! There is a nice fenced in yard for your furry friends to play in. We watched 6 Space X launches from the front yard during our stay. That was pretty cool. This is a very quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe there. The property is well located and anything we needed was within a 10 minute drive. There are many stores and restaurants near by. We really liked the historic Melborne area for shopping and eating. A lot of unique shops there. We really recommend Meg O'Malley's, a restaurant and irish pub located there! We would definetly stay at this location again. Thanks Brock !

This was our first VRBO and it totally met our expectations. The property was impressively clean, nicely decorated and a breeze to secure entry. Huge, totally private back yard. Some beach chairs and beach towels came in handy. Washer and dryer too. Hardly a criticism, but a floor lamp at the corner of the couch would definitely come in handy for reading in the evening on the very comfy couch. Completely satisfied with the host and the property.

Awesome listing, close to everything

Our first reservation was canceled just a few hrs before we showed up, due to a water leak. So we booked this listing very short notice and was pleasantly surprised. This home was very comfortable, with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The home was very clean, and well stocked with towels and paper products. The beds were nice with memory foam mattresses. Brock, the host, was great to deal with and made our stay more than we could ask for. What started off as a panicked situation, turned into a great vacation and a very comfortable stay.
