This place is roach infested ,they did come and spray ,but it did not effect them ,the game room smells like backed up sewer ,communication was good ,but be aware this place has German cockroaches its a great place to stay if your down there to fish or enjoy the local beaches

Place was amazing! Had a great time and didn't have to worry about hardly anything. Had plenty of space and was pet friendly. Would return again.

House was very clean, plenty of towels, they included box fans for every room wich was a big plus for my family when it came time for bed home was very comfortable.

My family and I had an amazing time, the home was roomy and clean. The game room is outside away from all the rooms but we made it work. host made check in easy and responded quickly.

The Beach House location was really nice. The option to bring your dogs along was the really nice option to have. there was a lot of space to have many guests if you needed. You’ll have a beautiful sunrise and sunset. There’s a boat ramp to watch everybody putting in the boats and taking them out throughout the day. Make sure to bring spices as in salt and pepper or whatever else you want because it is a rental and they do not have that on-site. Overall, was a really nice experience. If you’re a very picky person, there are a few things that might bother you. But being a pet friendly rental made us love that we could bring our dogs with us to enjoy our experience.

I really had a great time at this property. The place was very clean and all of the amenities where just like the property mentioned. Everything worked in the house. My family and I had a great time there. This is my second time renting this property and I will definitely rent it again. The pool is a great addition to the property since we don't swim in beach water. Great property and price and a great host.

The house was wonderful we will be back hopefully during summer months to enjoy what we couldn’t due to the cold weather other than that it was a lovely home we enjoyed it the kids loved it just as much as the adults

Everything was amazing, clean pool, amazing views, large bedrooms. The host was good with communications. The only complaint is that we were struggling with the water pressure and getting hot water in the showers. However, it’s been raining heavily in the area over the past few days so I’m sure it’s a quick fix. Aside from that, we had a great time and it was a beautiful house especially for the price!

Property was covered in black mold and couldn’t use the downstairs portion of the home the handle was falling off the oven the coffee maker was disgusting fromThe last tenants worst experience I’ve had using this company

Pet friendly only 3. Great place to relax. Beach was fishing only. No swimming. The fence didn't go through to the beach so had to get in the car and drive around still. The game room was not connected to the house. So is nice if you have older kids that could be trusted. But ours was preteen so made sleeping arrangements tricky since not connected to house like originally thought. Could have been our miss understanding. Top floor had tub jacuzzi that did not work. That was a bummer. All in all great stay.

Visited 4 nights Oct 2026. Excellent location with nice view from the balcony. Well prepered, clean and spacious. Had fantastiic stay. Will return.

We had a great time at this house. Beautiful views, really cool layout and an above ground pool. The game room/loft was unusable due to it having a terrible sewer gas all through the room - coming from the shower drain. Luckily we didn't need to use that portion of the house but if you have a large group and need the space make sure they've fixed the problem. Wish we could have played the arcade game and hung out in there. In the main house they have another living room space with two futons. The kids and I sat up there and watched TV but the futons are very uncomfortable. We didn't need to use them for sleeping but if we did there weren't any spare sheets for them. Garbage disposal was broken. We really did love this home regardless of the issues and would love to come back and stay again. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
