The Space:
Welcome to Dusty Dunes! Updates for 2026 include a brand new hot tub, poolside furniture, and deck furniture, promising fun days in the sun without ever leaving the home! From top to bottom, Dusty Dunes is beautifully maintained and updated to make sure your OBX vacation is fun, relaxing, and stress-free.
The open top level is set up for cooking, mingling with your friends and family, and dining together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, so your family chef will have no problem prepping delicious meals for your group to enjoy together. The great room has lots of windows and is flooded with light, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. For a breath of fresh air, step onto the deck - the new table and deck furniture is the best spot to enjoy a drink, snack, or good book. There is a king master bedroom on this level with a private ensuite full bath, as well as a powder room.
On the mid-level is a variety of bedrooms to choose from. Another king master ensuite is available, as well as a queen room, a bunk bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a full hall bath also on this level, ensuring convenience for everyone.
The ground level is where the real fun begins. Challenge a competitor to a round of ping-pong or air hockey. There's a designated area for the movie watchers in the family with a cozy couch and TV. Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
