Enjoy breathtaking soundfront views in this beautiful Corolla Light Resort home—perfect for a fun-filled family beach vacation or a peaceful coastal retreat. This property sleeps 12, features a private pool, hot tub, putting green, and elevator access to all three floors. Stay connected with high-speed internet and enjoy Roku + Cable TV, games, DVDs, and a foosball table for endless entertainment. And the sunsets? Absolutely unforgettable.
When you’re ready for the beach, take advantage of the free seasonal trolley that picks up just steps from the house and drops you at Corolla Light’s private beach access and oceanfront complex, complete with pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts. The Corolla Light Sports Center is also within walking distance and offers a full fitness center, indoor tennis and pool.
Bring your kayaks or paddleboards and launch them directly from the back, or head just five minutes down the path to rent jet skis, pontoon boats, and more. Fishing enthusiasts will love the stocked ponds throughout Corolla Light—or casting a line right into the bay.
Your stay includes linens, towels, cleaning, and 12 Corolla Light wristbands. The driveway accommodates up to five vehicles. Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional fee (no other pets permitted). Pool heating is available for an added charge. A signed rental agreement is required, and the minimum renter age is 25.

Love this house

The Salty Swan s a beautiful home with so much to offer! Beautiful sunset views! The elevator was a bonus in helping us get all of our belongings up to the 3rd floor!

Great vacation home

It was a great home to stay. Our family enjoyed it very much. Corella is a quiet town. But the landscaping with trees and the sounds was just tranquil. Great house to stay in.

Perfect house for our family vacation

This was our first time staying at The Salty Swan and we will be booking it again for our next family vacation. This house is lovely and my family had a wonderful week. The elevator was great for my elderly parents. The layout with a bedroom on the main floor was perfect for them and all of us other adults on the second floor. This house is very spacious. The sunsets were beautiful to watch from the balcony. I did have to reach out to Natalie during our stay; she was very responsive. Natalie was a great host.

Perfect vacation house.

We booked the Salty Swan for the nine of us. The house was amazing. We loved the layout of the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. We love to fish so we were loving walking out back and having the bay right there. We also love having easy access to the trolley for the beach. Our host Natalie was great and we’ll definitely be booking this house again!

Beautiful Beach 2023

The house was great! Our group had plenty of space. We cooked in a lot and kitchen was well stocked. We loved being able to take our 2 dogs. We had various ages in our group and loved the pool and the walking trail behind the house. Thank you for sharing this great place!!

Salty swan; serenity and sunsets

Stayed for a few days to celebrate my mothers 65th birthday. The layout of the house is perfect for the whole family. The main floor is a hub for entertainment, prepping and cooking is a breeze with the ample counter space while the rest of the family is enjoying the large living room. House is nice, albeit, a bit dated but still very nice

Great location

We all really enjoyed our week at the house. The location was great. Close to the watersports grocery store ice cream everything we needed wasnt far away!!! The property owner got back to me with any questions that I had in a timely manner. We really enjoyed being able to crab fish right outside the back of the house. We will definately be booking the gone again.

Really lovely!

We had a great time at the salty swan! It was awesome for a large family stay... the family room open to the kitchen and dining room created a hub for us all to hang. There is so much to do in the area or plenty of places to just relax. The house was clean, had all the essentials you might be looking for and was very comfy. After our last family air bb stay... we were blown away and impressed with this place! Definitely recommend. We had never been to the OBX before but hoping to come back!

Very nice house

We have stayed at a lot of different houses in Corolla over the years, and this house ranks near the top. Great location with a short walk to the sports complex, pickleball courts, and tennis courts. Great view of sunsets over the Sound. Crabbing/fishing directly behind the house or on the pier which is a short walk away. Nice size pool. Everything in the house was in working order and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. This has not always been our experience with other rentals. The free trolly to the beach would pick us up right in front of the house. Everyone had a great time here. We would definitely rent this house again!

Osprey Heaven at The Salty Swan

The Salty Swan is a wonderful house, with all the amenities a family could want to thoroughly enjoy their OBX vacation. Nestled under the trees right next to the Sound, the osprey were in abundance and provided hours of entertainment, along with the pier and the walking trail along the Sound. The house was clean and well stocked, with everything you could want in the kitchen, lots of books and movies and games as well, and even beach towels were provided, a first for us! A putting green and foosball table kept our kids entertained nicely! It was not just a spartan rental beach house, it was a special place where you feel immediately at home. We highly recommend staying here.

This Home has Everything!

The Salty Swan has been our family vacation destination for two years. I can't say enough about how much we enjoy our stay. There is something for everyone and everyone in my family always leaves wanting more. The view of the sound and the evening sunset is my favorite. We all love the beach and can ride the shuttle back and forth by getting on just outside the house. My children love the pool and the hot tub. The house provides room for everyone and we never feel cramped but is also cozy enough for family dinners and playing games in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped for making the family meals. The house is clean and comfy. Easy check in and out and the owner is accommodating and responsive if a need arises. Great vacation stay!

Spring at the beach

This place has amazing sunsets and views of the lighthouse. Plenty of beautiful places within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable for what time they were used lol. Up early and partying late. 😵‍💫 The only problem with us was the fact that our wheelchair patient was unable to access the bathroom for toileting. Wheelchair is 36” and doorways are not. Thank the host for the elevator it saved the day and our legs lol. 😂 The kitchen is well supplied with cooking accessories (except spices). Thank you for having a beautiful place to share with everyone.
