Within driving distance, you’ll find Breezy Point Beach & Campground, a beloved bayfront park featuring sandy shores, a 200-foot fishing pier, and picnic areas—perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and crabbing. North Beach offers a charming boardwalk, a public fishing pier, and scenic waterfront views, making it a delightful spot for leisurely strolls and family outings. Chesapeake Beach provides additional amenities, including a water park, marinas, and dining options, catering to a variety of interests.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the main levels of the home and the outdoor space. The basement apartment is closed off for owner use (they may occasionally stay there but there is a separate entrance).
