HOUSE RULES:

- ONE Dog up to 60 pounds permitted - NO OTHER PETS ALLOWED

- No Smoking or Vaping of any kind

- No parties or events

- A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to fully confirm this reservation

- Minimum age to book is 25

- PARKING LIMIT: During the week of the annual car show (1st weekend of March) & on the 4th of July, there is a limit of ONE vehicle per unit. Parking passes will be provided for these dates. All other times, parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

- CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.

This was the perfect place to stay for two young families (6 kids ranging ages 10 months to 7 years). We loved having separate spaces but with a joint balcony to take meals and chat after the kids went to sleep. The beach was an easy walk, the pool was right outside the balcony and the community was quiet! Our host was exceptionally responsive, and we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality sheets, towels and toiletries that greeted us. We were traveling from out of state and appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the beach toys, chairs and umbrellas and towels! Everything was smooth, easy and relaxing- our best rental experience in years!
