First off before you came to this location we asked you to read the rules of the house. We don’t throw parties at this location for no one especially a 16yr old. You needed to rent a hall not our home. We monitor the outside of our property because of guest like you that live in Chicago and want to use our property instead of hosting this house parties at your own location. You didn’t bring in a few bags you had several pans of food a banner cake and three car loads of people and another car with pans of food when the reservation only had two listed. If you would like I can post the videos of your guests still coming after you left. Don’t get on here trying to stop my business when we gave you a full refund we just don’t want your business or our neighbors complaining about kids getting dropped off in Ubers and loud noise throughout the night no more. Get you a house and let them have all the parties and kick backs you like. Respectfully

You is one of the reasons why I’m taking this property off. I rent from Airbnb and Vrbo and neither of them supply the things that you want. If you want those items you do exactly what you did go buy them. Second to lie and say that you don’t have the things that you need to cook is diabolical, most people want to come and make a simple breakfast and or simple dinner not come and think that your actually at home cooking thanksgiving dinner and think that the supplies are there. Even content creators bring the things that they want that’s extra. And who lives in a garage is that be a he was black? You seen the neighbor that helps out come from next door not anywhere on the property. Next time you rent from someone check your surrounding areas and know somethings about it. We had heavy rain in a flood zone so yes we’re prepared if this happens. If you had a true problem why not leave and get a refund? We would’ve been glad to return your money.
