Peaceful and Cozy

This beautiful Aggie home was spacious and cozy. Upon entering the home, it was clean and pleasant. The home was perfect for our family and for the time we spent inside the home. We needed a place to sleep and rest while we visited in Bryan and this home provided just that. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful which also contributed to our stay. We had everything we needed, and I was so thankful there was laundry detergent to wash our clothes while we were there. The ac kept us cool through the night. One room didn't have a tv, but it worked out to really help get rest. The entry lock and unlock felt safe and easy to work. I would highly recommend this place as a must stay home when visiting. I'll definitely be back.

Great place to stay

Lovely and comfortable home to stay in. We stayed at the home with both sets of grandparents for our daughters graduation and felt right at home. Close enough to get to the university quickly but far enough away to sleep peacefully! It was a wonderful place to stay.

We had family from all Over the country meet for graduation. This place was perfect! We loved the outdoor fire pit!

Larry was a great host. Really enjoyed staying at his property. He promptly answered all questions and concerns. Extra kudos for having such wonderful beds. We all commented on how comfortable the mattresses are! Would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for an Aggie football weekend with friends!

Beautiful house

This house was absolutely perfect! Beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. Larry was very helpful when we needed assistance. Easily the best VRBO we've ever stayed at.

Very comfortable house! Appreciated the air purifiers in the rooms. Very well stocked kitchen, liked the chilled mugs in the freezer. Very comfortable living room with a comfortable couch and TV setup. Even though the backyard backs to a road, no road noise is noticed in the house.It was a smart home. Personally would rather not have all that, but that is just preference. We did have the AC going with 100 degree days, and the last afternoon, it stopped working. We left that evening after waiting a bit to see if it would start working again and did get refunded for the last night rather quickly. Very good customer service. Unfortunately, we are still waiting (it's been over two weeks) for a refund of the additional tax amount on the refunded day. We have been told the request has been forwarded to a department to handle but have not heard anything. Very disappointing customer service.

Thanks for the thoughtful review and for staying with us. We're glad the house felt comfortable, from the well-stocked kitchen and chilled mugs to the cozy living room, and that the road noise wasn't an issue despite the backyard location. We're sorry about the A/C going out on your last afternoon in the heat, we had the A/C company inspect it right after your departure and the technician couldn't find any issues, it's been running well since. On the tax refund, we approved it on our end and were told it would be processed, but this has been held up on the platform's side. We'll continue to follow up to see if there's anything we can do to help move it along.

Absolutely perfect home!

We stayed here for my daughter's softball tournament. This house was absolutely perfect! Had everything that we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think you'd need! We will definitely book here again!!

One of the best we've ever stayed at! A+++++

This house has thought of everything and we were beyond comfortable. Came down with my boys for the A&M basketball camp and it was only about a 9-10 drive to Reed Arena. Great beds, couches and tons of space. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Aggie House

We were in town for Parents weekend and have stayed at other properties in the area. This house was perfect! Location was close, but still out of the main craziness. We all loved the beds, cooked breakfast in the wonderful kitchen and relaxed in the backyard. It is an A++++++ property.

Beautiful Home

As soon as we walked in the door we were impressed with this beautiful home. It was very clean and well maintained. Comfy beds/sheets/bedding. Lovely, well stocked kitchen. We will definitely try to rent it again on another visit to Aggieland!

Relax Stay

We attended a summer baseball tournament in Franklin, TX about 40min from this location and I must say it was worth the drive to both College Station and this home. For one particular day we had almost a whole day to waist before our next game and this place gave us all the amenities of home and relaxation. Comfortable neighborhood a couple of miles from campus, comfortable couches and beds to relax and all the amenities of home. Great stay!

Clean and Comfortable Home

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home for several days. The kids thought the big, internet-connected TV and push-button-controlled recliners in the living room were the best things ever. We really enjoyed the room off the front door where we played board games together, and someone could work in peace in quiet there, too, as needed. The beds were comfortable, the towels were fluffy, and everything was clean. We would definitely stay here again.
