Experience the charm of historic living in the heart of Hyde Park / Soho. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the den includes a desk, perfect for a home office, and additional sleeping space is available with a queen sleeper sofa. Situated in a historic building in South Tampa, this residence is within walking distance to local restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, boutiques, and the world-famous Bayshore Boulevard, with water views visible from the front of the building.
The apartment, located on the 2nd floor, is designed for extended stays and is ideal for remote work. It features a den with a desk, perfect for a home office setup.
The building has 2 dedicated off-street parking spots, first-come, as well as ample street parking right in front of the building.
Please note that while the home is set up with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. This may not be ideal if your group has two couples for example.
