Escape to this delightful full floor garden apartment in picturesque tree-lined Brooklyn block. It's the entire 1st floor separate apartment of a three story two unit townhouse. We live in the unit above. Located just one 15 min stop to Manhattan, we're just three blocks from NYC's most comprehensive transportation hub, Atlantic Avenue Station.
Five minutes walk from the esteemed Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) and a mile from Prospect Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park. Two blocks away is 5th Avenue, voted "NYC's Coolest Street" by Timeout NYC, with loads of restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques. We've also have playground a local park nearby.
On the corner there's a comprehensive grocery store. Half a block away is a wine store, wash n fold, dry cleaners and deli. Citibikes for rent just up the block. Whole Foods is about five minutes walk away. Patsy's Pizza and the Apple Store is even closer!
It's perfect for couples, small families, contract workers or digital nomads. Our internet is Fios, super fast, clocking in at close to 400 Mbs up/download speeds. Being the big city, we've security cameras outside in the front and back to ensure your safety as well as an alarm system.
Pets:
We will make exceptions on a case by case basis. In short, if you take all responsibility for any damage your pet may cause, it's quiet, house trained, friendly and not a pitbull, we're likely to approve.
